Costume Description:

James does not wear a costume, he wears civilian clothes. Usually a singlet and jeans, but when it is colder he wears a black trench coat.

Personality:

He was a care-free joker in school, he just wanted to have a good time. Now he tries to be emotionally unattached from anyone, trying to focus on his work and doesn’t care who he hurts.

History:

Born into a rich family in New York, James was the heir to the great Forte Empire, a Mining Company. James was normal for most of his life. He went to an expensive exclusive private college for his whole schooling until he was a senior when his powers started to develop.

One day in mechanics class, his assignment was to pull apart a dead car. The electric ignition systems were broken. He was fiddling around with the engine, and suddenly it started up. Everyone was amazed, even his teacher could not fathom how he was able to start up the engine which had been out of action for years.

As his powers started to grow and he became more and more aware of what he could do, but at this point, he still was not completely sure of what he was capable of. On graduation he was messing around with his ability before the ceremony he shot a bolt straight into the school energy transformer. All of the lights and screens at the ceremony burst creating an electrical explosion killing and wounding many. He fled the scene of the crime and didn’t return to his family or friends again.

Now he is a super-powered mercenary, a gun for hire. He finds and fights anyone who his clients want, providing there is some kind of payment involved. He doesn’t ask anything about the target, they could be a bum, living on the streets in Brooklyn, or the President of the United States, taken right out of the Oval Office.

Powers:

Electric Manipulation: Can shoot electric bolts out of his hands. Making small precise shots or large balls of electricity.

Power Drain: Can drain the electricity out of any electrical machine and use it to power himself up, to use stronger attacks.

Superhuman Speed: Using his electrical powers he can shoot himself across the ground at amazing speeds.

Electrical Transportation: Can transport himself through electrical conduits such as power lines.
