Name: Raienki Dienkai
Abilities: Raienki's only ability is the power to draw out the powers of the host, or weilder to it's fulllest potential, making abilities stronger then how they could be preformed normally. ( Ex, someone with 6 Energy Projectiom would be able to use an attack with the power of that of a 7 with this blade) This raises the power by 1 EP for one attack at the cost of loweirng it one EP next most and has a 5 post cooldown. In the arre case of a 7 EP using this, it allows an ultimant blast that requires a 10 post cooldown and a minus 2 EP for two posts.

Use = 1 EP higher for power of 1 attack.
