Personality: He pretends as if he is the usual human during the day being polite to everyone and kind. At nght, however, when he transforms into the Reaper, he turns ruthless and uncaring who gets in his way.

History: Zakku grew up in Gotenba Japan. He was rotten to the core. At the age of 2 he bagan torturing insects such as ripping their legs or wings off. At 6 he began killing domesticated animals. At 13 he was torturing even wild animals. When he was 16 he fell off a cliff and was rescued by a Hero. when the hero set him down Zakku drew his knife and stabbed it into the Hero's neck. The Devil visited him that night saying he has never seen such acts of villanary and gave Zakku the Hour Glass of the Reaper. Zakku learned o control his powers and turned from murder into a new direction. Domination. He wanted to control veryones life and was bent on world domination. So he moved to the #1 super power of the world to carry out his plan. He moved to America.

Powers: His skills as a fighter are incredible in his human form. He knows Kung Fu and Tae Kwan Do. In hs Reaper form he is better withhis scythe that when he slashes it, a wave of energy flies out to a maximum of 20 yards when weak, 50 yards normal, and 200 yards at full power. He is only vulnerable in his human form but the Reaper form has a weakness and it's the hour glass that hangs fromhis neck. If someone were to hit it with enough force it would make a reverse transformation and turn him back to human. He also has manipulation over fire in either form.

Roleplay Sample: I stepped out into the cool night. There shall be blood spilled tonight... I Laughed and went into the alley. I pulled out an hourglass andtapped it 3 times ten turned it over. I felt the power surge through me as my skin and muscle began to dissappear. My clothes vanished and were replaced by a black cloak and hood. My eyes became sunken and the sockets glowed blood red. i smiled as the trnsformation completed and my scythe appeared in my hand.
I walked towards a man who looked average sitting on a sidewalk wrapped with a blanket. I smell a hero... i raised my scythe and the man jumped up out of the way. I smiled and slashed it using the wave of energy. He barely dodged getting a cut on his leg. I immediatel held my hand out and fired a fireball at him. He got hit dead on. He flew back barely able to stand. I jumped forward and brought up my scythe. "May Your Soul Rest in Hell...." I brought it down slicing off his head. i smiled and took his head. I looked at the moon. Another Trophy to add to my collection... I began to laugh uncontrollablly in the silent night.

One is for my human form which controls mainly my physical attributes and one with my Reaper form for more Energy and long distance fighting attributes

I explained he is not invincible, but immortal (he can be hurt BUT NOT KILLED WITHOUT CONSENT), he can ony turn at night, and if you hit his hourglass he turns back automatically

I figured the hourglass would be fragile, making him very easy to defeat. As for the killing part, that is your basic god-modding rule. Its common sense.

As for fire control I hope that the maximum strength of it is lighting a candle that requires an EP of 2 if so what is and EP pf 1?
