Personality: Marcus is an efficient man who always thinks logically, if coldly at times. He only has a soft-spot for his friend and partner-in-crime Peter Fischer, AKA 'Disorder'. He is able to remain calm and patient at all times, never losing his composure. Underneath his calm persona, he is actually a very destructive person who, due to narcissistic tendancies, wants to see everything else destroyed.

History: Marcus Warren Miller was the spoiled rich child of a real estate tycoon and his third wife. His personality was buried beneath years of etiquette training, leaving him a very bitter person inside a very calm shell. After he graduated college with a degree in medicine, he was sent to work at a prison hospital for super-powered beings. He stole a teleportation device from the prison's storage complex and, along with seven accomplices, formed an eight-man terrorist group.

Eventually, Marcus made a deal with an unknown party. Marcus' sperm cells were used to impregnate several women, one of whom Marcus married in an attempt to gain control of the concieved child. 6 months later, the child had a medical emergency and was believed to have died; Marcus, having been away at the time, left his wife due to believing he had nothing to gain from the relationship. The authorities captured him seven years later. He is currently serving a life sentance on charges of terrorism.

Powers:

Teleportation: While Marcus originally had to rely on his belt to teleport, prolonged exposure gave him the ability to teleport without it. He requires time to focus on his destination in order to successfully teleport; the farther away a place is, the more time it takes. For example, a destination he can visibly see would only take about half a second of preperation; a destination on the other side of the planet, however, would require thirty seconds of prep time. Marcus can also teleport objects from another destination to his current location, though this recquires roughly five times the normal preperation time.

Enhanced Agility & Acrobatics: While not a power of his own, Marcus' suit makes it much easier for him to move. It was designed by another member of his Cabal and was designed with speed in mind, sacrificing a bit of protection. It moves so fluidly that it's almost like the suit is moving the body.

No he is not, instant teleportation is not allowed, that makes speed a useless power.

Yes. It takes a second or two for him to focus, longer depending on the distance.
