Quest Rules (Can I get this stickied)

Quests are a staff approved sub-story that allows you to gain EXP to gain extra stats in your powergrid, However I found out that people are making quests at their own will. There is no Flaming here or warnings simply because there was no rules yet. So as of now here are the "Official Rules" of questing. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

1. Anyone can post a quest application in the quest section, It needs a well developed story and the ability to hold many people at a time.
2. Quest Apps must await approval from the staff to be evaluated.
3. Difficulty is a stretch, It is the minimum sum amount of words to every one of your post. this could mean the difference of good and bad rewards if the posts are well detailed. Bad fluffing or Spam to get extra words in would probably be noticed and probably lower your rewards.
4. Quest cannot be started unless a staff member says so.
5. Once a quest App has been approved, members may sign up for the quest in the quest app. Once singed up, they may join the quest when it starts.
6 Once the quest starts it, no other member may join unless a staff member approves of it.
7. Once a quest ends a staff member judges the difficulty and detail of the post to reward EXP based on how well it fit for the description.

Difficulty is not the ammount of words per post. you realize that would be 10,000 words per post at the hardest difficulty. The difficulty is the minimum amount of words that each person can have at the end of the topic in whole.
