Costume description: Large black hoodie with hood down and large faded blue jeans. He wears a gasmask with mirrors inside the goggles placed so he can see mostly behind him. The clothes are slightly oversized to conceal two 5 foot chains with hooks at the ends.

Personality: fueled by anger and bad memories Rich Anderson fights crime as Transmetal. As Rich Anderson he is uncomfortable with himself, as Transmetal sarcastic and highly tactical.

Backround: Nerdy Rich Anderson was always beat up and teased for being the fat kid. He was strong but not fast enough to get a hit on the many bullies tormenting him in collage. He decided to find a way to genetically make him faster when the experiment failed. He gave up until he was in a fight with a campus tough guy when he wanted to be in the space behind the bully and then was. Once he realized his line of sight teleport power he decide he would get back at the biggest of bullies ...villans. After a couple of near death fights he made 2 special chains that would teleport with him as well as any thing they touch and thus transmetal was born.

Powers: Line of sight teleportation and master of chain whips weaponry.

Signature move: Chains lock on enemy's arms then teleports so that he is on a roof the chains are in the roof and enemy is left dangling for the cops.

he laughed to himself "this is too easy" he mutters as he stares down the brute before him the the robber being almost a mass of pure muscle charges at Transmetal who then vanishes to reappear behind him chains drawn he spins diging his hooks right into the brutes side who howls in pain which is cut short as transmetal teleports again this time 60 feet in the air he deftly spins to swing the brute before releasing the chains sending the villain hurtleing towards earth as Transmetal teleports safely to the ground

By the way, if his chains would teleport with him, wouldn't the signature move not work? Or does he rather 'phase' between two places ignoring all physical obstactles?

Another by the way, wouldn't it suck ass to be beaten by a teleporting fat kid?

1) he can put himself anywhere he can see the onlything that matters is that he not get caught in a solid wall but his chains can and if i want to make him darker he can port people into walls killing them.
