All arako wears is a pair of dark brown shorts, most other human designed clothing wouldnt fit him properly or be too uncomfortable to wear

Personality:
due to a series of events in his life the various personae he has hed through life has become an voice of reasoning in his mind, each of the personae has different values which they preach to his mind itself, each essentially trying to gain control of the entire mind for their own reasons.
Morpheous(the younger human-self): he represents the person that he was from age 0 to about 36. He was kind and believed in helping people even at the cost of his own well being at times. He helped all he could, disregarding when he a few times was tricked by con-artists, living on the motto "the smile of a man shall let me keep going for another week, the smile of a child shall let me last another year" which simply meant that the earlier he helped the longer his positive effect would be to that person but even if the help would last short it should not be skipped.
Mr.Amit(the older human-self): he represents the person he was from around age 36 to 63. He was untrusting and unkind, only believing in the power of money and that others desired it aswell, kind of an opposite from his younger self as he now did nothing to help others unless he gained something of value from it, money makes the world go around was the way he lived.
Oraki(The self born in the other dimension): he represents the person he became when reborn in the other dimension from age 0 to 427. he might seem childish though this is more due to his free spirited nature then anything else, he is friendly and open towards most if not all people. He believes in protecting whomever and whatever he holds dear despite whatanyone else, including the law of where he is at the given time, say or thinks of it. his choice of action might make him seem wierd as sometimes his actions or choice of words seems like that of a child or other cases like an wise elder.

History:
Morpheus had been helpful to almost all people he had met and one day a mysterious man of rather impressive wealth approached him, saying wanted to reward him for his good deeds. He explained that some people to help needed to be motivated and that the greatest motivator was money, he talked Morpheus in to letting him give him a company of his own so he could make money to motivate people to help others, this happened when morpheus was 27. As time passed, Morpheus had more and more trouble making the business run, both on developing new technology to help people and giving money to vaiours charities and cutting either wouldnt save the company all in all so he decided to cut back some on the charities and focus on making money so the company could manage to atleast run awhile longer.

At the age of 36 he had changed almost completely, no one is entirely sure how he changed so drasticly, from a usualy fun and caring person to a selfish money-hunrgy director stereotype.
About three decades later he walked into one of the company's laboratories as one of their more expensive projects was just about to be run the last test before they could go public with the project, it was a dimensional gateway opener, a bridge to new worlds ripe with resources that could harvested and used to further fuel the company's economics and line the pocket of Mr. Amit.
Mr. Amit had placed himself close but still somewhat safe distance right infront of gateway as the scientists and engineers prepared the huge machine to run without any hiccups or errors, The generators began humming as they charged the structure with the additional ammount of electricity it needed to in order to break a pathway from one world and into the other.
Mr. Amit grinned as particles became visible between the ironbeams that would frame the portal when it appeared but suddenly the programming that drove this beast of a machine went haywire and the proccess became unstable just as the portal began shaping, the portal opened up seemingly into a big nothing of everchanging colors with an incredible vacuum, the scientists and engineers immidiately begun to try and turn off the machine but before they could manage to do so, their director had already been drawn in by the powerful suction from it.

As he was flung into the space between dimensions, the hyper dimension from which all dimensions are born, the residual energies from the unstable portal and the many mysterious forces from a vast sea of many very different worlds, these combined created an effect which game birth to a dimension formed around Morpheus himself.
The world was born in an instant but shaped in such manner that it by all accounts had existed previously to its own birth, after it reached a time where it was a chronological old as the world which Morpheus cam from originally, as he neared this period morpheus was reborn into that world in spirit only as an entierly different being, he lived a long life and made many friends as his memory had been sealed away when he was born into this realm and his young personality was more dominant, due to the life span of the specie he had been born has he reached an age of 427 just as the world reached a maturity equal his previous world with only afew years in differece, at this point there had only for the scientists and engineers passed afew hours and they had just begun their try to retrieve their boss, hoping that he was still alive.
It opened once again but as it did another error happened due to the point they opened the gateway and how they did so but the effect was by all technicalities what they wanted, unknown to them Morpheus spirit had returned but as most ghosts was invicible to the normal human eye but the spirit was cringing in pain, screaming as the entire dimension he had just been essentially poured into his soul and fill every nook and cranny it could find, the energies of the dimension and the portal covered his now crammed being and shaped him a body which looked almost identical to his previous one he had only minutes ago in this same world.
He grabbed his head as if he had an headache and told the scientists and engineers to go back to smaller scale until they worked out what went wrong but told they shouldnt worry about what happened and then headed back to his office, stringing up afew calls to hire a person to take over the company for a time as he had noted both his body and mind was far different, he felt like his body was both liquid and entirely solid at the same time as if his mind was split in multiple pieces.

He visited various people from all around the world that claimed to know of magic as he tried to get understanding of what he had become, both in mind and in body, and he had a feeling that he was running low on time as his body had begun to crack as if it was made of some sort of glass but only broke more when time passed, not from any forced exerted on it such as tripping or being hit by an opening door.
Alot of the people he had meetings with either didnt know enough or was tricksters that didnt know more about a magic then a bunny knew of how to drive a car, but on day he was guided to a cave where he met with 3 shamans, one painted with marks in white, the other in black marks and the last a combination of red and blue marks, they told him that the experience had torn his mind apart by cleaving the parts that did not fit together, and his body would fall apart and fade to nothing unless he found a way to either stabilize this state of mind which would only postpone it or merge the parts backtogether in unification which would deal with the problem permanently.
They offered to grant him more time by binding the 3 aspects of self together but they could not merge them together as that was something only the person themself could perform.
After a variety of rituals that in total took a month it was done, the 3 minds that he had been split was now anchored together to the main-self but there was a side-effect, due to his soul containing an entire world his body had taken shape after a legendary being belonging to the lore of said world.
Once he returned home he surrendered the company to the man he had asked to control it while he was gone, didnt mean much to the man as it had now been in control for almos 10 years without questioning why Mr. Amit had been gone for so long.

A week later he sat on a roof, writting on a notepad while thinking, seeing the news on one of those huge street TVs showing clips of a hero stopping a bank robbery he smiled and decided that he might aswell use this body to help people once again and as he looked down on the note book and smiled, circling certain letters fo the 3 words and smiled as he finally came up with a name for himself to go by as this current being he was, he stood up and then turned to look over the city "I am Arako" he spoke softly to himself, feeling the power the words had to him personally


Powers:
My power can be divided into 2 major categories, Dimensional and Energy.

The dimensional aspect has minimal affect on the dimension I bodily occupy and in essentiality can only do 3 things; send a single (willing) person into my internal dimension, send or retrieve objects into the internal dimension and to manifest myself in the dimension.

Person into Dimension: I can send multiple people in but only 1 at a time, also I can control where I send the person(although I cannot send them to place that would instantly kill them such as the outer space of my inner dimension or such) but if the person wishes to leave the rules of the power that allowedd me to send them there will allow them to return, even if against my own will.

Send/Retrive Objects form Dimension: The ability to send objects can at max affect items that are 80% of my own size(so I cant go and teleport your giant deathray away if its big enough), also certain items that are summoned from my dimension(will make them in the appropriate section if/when this approved) can be returned without the need of physical contact as they do not belong in this realm by nature and also this ability cannot be used machines with self-awareness as they count as people.
Manifest Self into Dimension: it allows me to manifest my mind as a physical avatar in my inner dimension, though my body in this dimension will appear to be in trance while I am controlling the avatar, the inner avatar posses godly powers in that realm and is by all definitions immortal (destroying him will merely return my consciousness to my body in this world) BUT my avatar form cannot kill anyone that doesnt belong in the inner dimension.

Since my being is a living dimension I am naturally attuned to the huge pallete of energies that exists in a dimension, this allow me to manipulate these energies via the force of my will but there are some limitations, weaknesses, skills and special energies I need to explain for you to understand my powers fully so I will start from an end.
My limitations to manipulating energy is that I cannot drain or manipulate energy that is in another being with self-awareness(this include items held in the hand unless long and held out form the body like an electric cattle prod(sp?) and items close to body such as clothing) without their full consent, the slightest bit of unwillingess will break the connection, also that the smaller the energy source I am manipulating, the closer I have to be to "grasp" it and I cannot manipulate the following types of energy;
Tachyon(consists of faster then light particles and therefor travels backwards through time)
Nuclear(as it hampers my ability to bend energy thusly I cannot bend it unless I am somehow behind protective barriers at the same time)
Chronological(the energy of time itself is highly complex and would take several dimension generations(1 dimension generation is the average time it takes for a dimension tobe born and then reach its "end of time" state) to even begin to affect in my manner)
Reality(reality is made up of energies and thusly could be manipulated by my powers but this is even more advanced then chronological energy so would take atleast 50 times as long to learn)
Any deity like natural force that might be energy(example: destiny, karma, lady luck, etc.).

My weaknesses are, from the smallest to the biggest:
Physical pressure on my head appendages(the "ears") will leave me with lesser or close to no hearing while the pressure is maintained and may remain for up to 1 hour after release of pressure
Mental Attacks(attacks upon the personalities or psyche in telepathic manner)
Nuclear(since the major forces of this world are gravity, electromagnetism and nuclear (strong/weak) and the world I contain is build on different forces so my body reacts differently to some of them, specificly nuclear energies which it will disrupt my ability to bend energies, the more intense the energy, the weaker my bending grows, I also still exhibit the normal reactions of a human to radiations but at a 30% lesser rate)

Now, there is an uniqe energy that exists only in my internal dimension as far as I know, I usually refer to it as either Ryuu-Chi or Dragonic Essence, I believe it is likely a byproduct of my soul's core and the core of my inner dimension overlapping on the astral plane of existance, because of that this energy is the only I can summon from my own inner dimension into this world outside of my own body. The Dragonic Essence is a special energy that essentailly can flow into matter and merge with them, this has the "side-effect" of adding either dragonic images to its surfaces or shaping the material into a crude replica of dragon species of my choosing, by merging with the matter it allows me to control it via the energy but the Dragonic Essence is subject to the same limitations that I am for controlling energy, the Dragonic Essence can also enter a willing subject to stabilize the condition of said being.
Now for the last detail of my powers: the skills, the things I can do specificly with my powers that wasnt mentioned directly previously.

Named Attack Template: due to my younger-self liking anime series and the way magic worked in the inner world which Oraki was trained in I developed an ability to imprint templates of "moves" I´ve done before by naming them, this allow me to lessened the needed concentration to perform them, but using a named attack means it becomes a replica so if I use a template named Sudden Spike that makes a spike of the ground shoot up 20 feet infront of me, then I cannot change the 20 feet range nor the spikes angle except by re-perfoming it, also since I have to declare the name of the move then I can be predicted either be remembering previous moves or by de-coding the name if I get creative with the name.

Solidify Energy: this power allows me to make energy act as if it was a solid matter or reversely make solid energy turn loose again, this power can be used either to grasp a surge of lighrning and shape it into a blade for example or make an energy field harder so its easier to grasp and rip and opening in or loosen it for the same purpose.

Energy Sustenance: I can go without food or water indefinitly aslong as I have the energy to replace those but I still need sleep, not to rest my body or brain but to rest my mind.

Draconis Fundamentum: this ability is named after the organ that dragons in my inner dimension posses, its an organ that allows the dragon to convert what they eat and drink into raw elemental energy(Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Steel, Lightning is the group elemental ring that my inner world follows and thusly the elemental energies this orgam produces) which then is used to either to sustain the body(see previously mentioned ability) or for any of my other abilities.

Energy Control: this allows me to manipulate, convert and store energy(see limitations for energies I cannot manipulate), this means I can grab a lightning, absorb it and then spit it out in the direction I want.

Energy Reperation: by using energy I can repair damages to my organs and close wounds in order to keep myself alive but this power drains alot of energy to do anything and thusly tend to leave me or the energy source I used, kinda drained when I am done, I can use this power on others but only if they are willing and it will require more energy to fix them up them myself, about 80% more, give or take 10% depending on the complexity of the being compared to a human.

Character Image/Description:

I am a bipedal dragonic creature with some humanoid features. I have grey fur covering my body though just under the furcoat I have a layer of scales, this is very thin and proves only a tiny bit more efficient then human skin at protecting. My "horns"(look in the above posted picture) are actually my ears and are made of flesh(therefor also covered in the grey fur like the rest of me) but functions otherwise like normal ears except they go kinda "numb" if pressured incorrectly(or correctly if your the bad guy and need to disable me as much as possible) so tying up my ears essentially renders me half-deaf. The last details to note is my legs are digigrade, I do not have fingers I have finger-claws (meaning my fingers are essentially very flexible claws from knuckle to tip) and that the length of my tail is 2,5m.

Well most people here are from the U.S., save you, soapmaker, and maybe Potentially. All in all metric system makes more sense but more people here are use to the U.S. standard.

That's why I said maybe, not is, l2read. But I'm gonna call bullshit on 20 languages. Just because you're on the Internet and for all I know you're running shit through a translator.

W.e either way... I have a translator or do speak 20 languages... It's not hard to learn languages it takes 2 months tops..... if you know what you're doing. Just take a class or have someone who speaks the tongue tell you. You'll get it eventually.

Yeah, but school sucks anyway, Night. I can't speak French well enough either. I can read it, understand it, but not speak it.

Having someone speak to you in that language doesn't help and you need total emersion to learn a language in 2 months.

Well the time it took would vary depending on ones intelligence. Average person would take at least 2 moths to learn a language fluently.

I have now finished all but the roleplay sample, I would like someone to look over the character when they have time and give their input on it both good and bad

also note that this template is written in 1st person on purpose, was more fun for Morpheus to fill out his own character template then if it had just been normal me doing it :3
