This application is fine. Nothing too overpowered or too stupid for me to not approve it. History, powers and personality all make sense, so as long as ya' know that you only have 21 points on your powergrid I can re-approved and moved this back to the approved heroes section.

Here's your powergrid. If you'd rather a different color, just ask.

Two things I'd like to address.


Slice: Talia can make about a thousand lacerations through her speed, which is incredible. The weapon she uses is her right forefinger nail which she can turn into something like a knife at will.

A thousand? That sounds ridiculous. So the power is that she can make her nails razor sharp like knives?

Pyrotechnic: Talia can also create fire (manipulate atoms in the air to cause friction, etc.) and manipulate existing flames, but she has to be within 10 feet of the existing flames. She is immune to fire, but only her skin, so she avoids using fire as protection, seeing as she would come out naked and, like most American teenagers, she is not comfortable with that.

So are you capable of creating fire? Or can you only manipulate it?

Okay, changing Slice and the pyro thing.. I can crete fire by making other things make fire. Like breeding bunnies so you can have a lot of little bunnies which you can sell. Except talia doesn't sell fire. She can create it and manipulate existing flame.

Sooo, you can create fire, correct?

You can only make one finger nail into a knife?

You cannot regenerate limbs?

She is a little tall for a woman, and were you born with your powers?

Why is she a hero? You should work on your history a little. If you were thirteen when you ran away to New York, how did you nearly beat your foster-father to death? Why did you send your foster-mother to the emergency room over forgetting your birthday? Just a few things don't really make sense.

You can't be immune to fire damage, resistant sure, but not immune.
