Personality: Blood-thirsty jackass who hates everyone in existence but those of his army and loves to painfully torture and execute enemies.

History: Dellapero grew up as the son of one of Hitler's most skilled generals and often lived near the camps that the jews were executed in for most of his childhood. Being raised in such an area of death and dispair gave Dellapero a liking to watching them suffer and die one by one. At the age of 12 at 1943, he began to train in modern war-fare skills in preperation to become a general of hitler's after he was older. Dellapero also was rather more intelligent then a normal individual person was. His I.Q marked at 178 and his ability to master knowledge of any battle circumstances or techniques was useful for most times in his life. After the second world war ended, his father was killed by an American soldier and Dellapero was captured at one of the execution camps. He was eventually set free after a few weeks to live with a set of foster parents, but the events that occured back at the end of the war left him angered at the entire bloody country. A week after meeting his foster parents, Dellapero poisoned some food that they were having for dinner and escaped during the night. The two died shortly after ingesting the poison and were not found for two weeks. By this time, Dellapero had borded several convoys and a plane while noone was watching and slowly made his way back to germany where he plotted his revenge. At age 67 he had become very skilled at combat and was far more intelligent then when he was younger. Dellapero invented several new types of weaponry. It was at this moment that he started to slowly raise an army of troops and develop drugs that would enchance the human body to restore youth, raise mussle mass, and other enchancements. He injected himself with a youth stabalizer that would keep the age five times lower then what it originally is to raise the life-spand and the ability of the phisicle body. By 2030 he had gathered 10.000 troops in under-ground organazations and developed 15 types of drugs to enchance soldiers in combat. In present day Dellapero had made two more inventions. One being a lethal drug that gives humans super-human abilities for one year, but kills them after that year making this a dedaly drug but effective one. he second was cybernetic weaponry such as swords that created electricity around them and lazer cannons that could be held by the hand and fire a small lazer.
