Dimensional Pocket Belt

Item/Character Advancement Description:
A slim, sleek black utility belt featuring several pouches secured by snap-button fixtures. The belt automatically adjusts to fit the wearer perfectly.

Item Power(s):
Dimensional Pocket: This high-tech utility belt is a prototype created by the brilliant inventor Jacob Mercer, known as Talos. It serves as a gateway to a personal pocket dimension, roughly the size of a large industrial warehouse. Any object stored within the pocket dimension is locked in temporal stasis, remaining in the exact condition it was in when stored. To store an item, the user only needs to touch it for a moment. There's no need to physically place the item into the belt's pouches. The stored object can then be retrieved from any part of the user's body, making it appear at a contact point such as their hands, chest, or even feet. The belt is exceptionally durable, capable of withstanding multiple hits from high-caliber rounds (.50 caliber and above) before sustaining damage. The belt provides an augmented reality interface viewable only by the wearer of a virtual inventory grid similar to a videogame. The interface allows the user to categorize items, see information regarding stored items such as weight and size, see the capacity of storage, use a search function, and warn the user of any errors due to restrictions.

Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es):
Open Space Requirement: Objects can only be retrieved if there is enough free space to materialize. For example, the belt’s functionality is severely limited underwater or in cramped areas with no open air for items to appear.

Size Restriction: The pocket dimension can only store items the user is physically capable of holding with both hands. Anything too large to be reasonably wielded, such as a car, cannot be stored.
