Agent Blackhawk is a man with many secrets, and is really good at hiding his emotions.
He often comes across as calm, even in the most stressful situations. He is nearly impossible to read.
All that one can discern from him is that he seems to be actively trying to help heroes and humanity, as he generally sides with doing what is right, sometimes even orders he is given.



Not much is known about the man who calls himself Agent Blackhawk, his history had been redacted from records. All that is known is that he has quite a high clearance in the NSA, and fights to keep his nation safe. After the attack on London, Agent Blackhawk appeared, making his presence known to the world.
He currently leads a clandestine agency of some of the best NSA, FBI, and even Secret Service agents in the Nation. He has been able to infiltrate some of the most secure hero compounds, and disappears without a trace. Those who fight on the side of doing good, can often consider him an ally, and those who do not, can consider him a nightmare.



Clandestine: Agent Blackhawk has access to high levels of top secret information, and access to most military assets as well. He has an entire database of information on heroes, villains, and civilians at his disposal, and can call upon the most experimental weapons and tech the government can offer.



Human: Agent Blackhawk is human, and can be taken down by conventional means.



Tactical suit: Blackhawk is often seen in a tactical uniform, made from a lightweight spider-silk weave and ballistic grade plating. It can withstand small arms fire, and is fire, cold, electric, and stab resistant.

It cannot withstand armor piercing.

Military Arsenal: Blackhawk can access a massive arsenal of weapons and tech from his connections in the Military and Government. Ranging from small arms, to vehicles.

Custom Tactical Phantom Pistol: A ,50 caliber pistol with an advanced suppressor, designed to reduce the noise of the rounds to almost silent.

The gun still requires ammunition to use.



Government Agencies: Blackhawk has access to a wide variety of Agents from every department of the US Government, ranging from Intelligence, to Black Ops, he has agents for every mission type.

Unbreakable: Trained to endure extreme torture, Blackhawk will die before he gives up anything. This is one reason he his trusted with a vast resource of information.
