Alright here is my offer.

Sounds like a good offer. Really, folks, the only problem with Nuke is that he can move while charging. Otherwise, I see nothing wrong with him.

It's not him or the character. Don't sigh this is a legtimate concern. The guy can already cause a nuclear explosion, him being able to move faster than the eye can percieve while maintaining that is stupid. We've got it resolved now so this topic is basically void.
