Abilities: Raien Raikou has teh power to paralyze anything it makes direct contact with s well as several other abilities. The way Raikou works is that it can't cut anything because of the fact it is made of pure electricity. When making contact to the skin, the blade paralyzes the limb it made contact with as well as cause extreme pain for two posts. After each hit to the same spot, the time doubles and pain rises. If the blade cuts at the opponent's insides through a already opened wound, the effect is twice as painful at first and covers the limb it hit. as well as any limbs near it for 3 posts and doubles hwen hitting the same spot as before. ( Ex, if it hits the right-arm it paralyzes the entires arm, hand, and a fraction of the main-body. Or if it hits the chest, it paralyzes a small fraction of every limb and causes extreme pain) The inner-strikes also slow down the flow of blood in the body and can cause organs to stop working for short periods of time, and even cause cardiac arrest if hitting close enough to the heart.

Description: The blade is made of pure lightning except for the hilt, which is made of a metal substance from planet Raien. The length of the blade can be manipulated to range from as long as a knife, to as large as and big as a boar-spear. The lightning making up the blade is of a red color and can change to black if enogh elecricity is focused into the blade
