Costume Description: A plain black spandex with a bright pink asian-style dragon coiling up the left leg, around the chest and then across the right arm. The armor's boots are silver, the left one has a dragon head on it, the gloves are also silver with the right one having the dragon head. Her helmet is black with silver horns a pink visor and a silver mouthpiece. She has a belt around her waist that is silver with a pink buckle.
On her left wrist is a small, black, semi-circular object with three square buttons, one red and one blue. Called a Burst-Brace To activate her armor she pushes the red button holds her left hand up to the sky, followed by her right, crosses them over and brings them down in front of her chest while shouting "Burst ..." "... Knight ..." "... Dragon!".

Powers: Sakura's "powers" stem from the Burst-Knight armor, without it she has to rely on herself.
These powers are mainly based around increasing the speed and agility of the user, With the suit equipped Sakura's speed level is automatically quadrupled, without killing her, and keeping her mind and reflexes working at the same level as her current movements thank's to a neural uplink in the suit. She can also access a function that allows her two travel faster than the naked eye can observe, however this function can only last for 30 seconds before they deactivate her armor and tire her out. This function is activated by pushing the green button on the Burst-Brace.
The suit has a secondary function which is the ability to fire bright pink, (asian) dragon shaped energy bolts, but she cannot do it while running, to counter this she sometimes comes out of super speed at height so that her momentum carries her forward while she fires a cluster of beams at her target. The beams are bright pink and are shaped like an asian dragon, they are fired from Sakura's right hand or left leg as either single blasts or as large swarms, the beams dodge around obstacles and other projectiles and will bite at their target before proceeding to explode. They can't kill unless they are heavily (read as well over a thousand) concentrated upon one particular part of the body, but can destroy non-organic materials.

Personality: Sakura is not good at having conversations with people. She is timid, shy, introvert and, most obviously, quiet. She has a strong sense of justice and is very determined, she will fight her prey until it has been defeated.

History: Sakura broke all contact with her family 2 years ago when she was kidnapped by Project: Epsilon when she was 18. Normally this is horrible thing, but considering how Sakura and her sister Yuri had suffered abuse at the hands of a violent father and a drunken mother she was rather relieved, if a little concerned for her sister's wellbeing.

Project: Epsilon was a project funded by the Japanese government to try and match the Supervillains running amok with suits of powered armor: the Burst Knights. The project was not successful, Burst Knight Cerebus committed suicide, Burst Knight Phoenix was killed by Epsilon Operatives when he decided to go rouge, Burst Knight Griffin went insane and was placed into a psychiatric hospital and Burst Knight Pegasus was killed in an attack upon the Epsilon facility along with everyone else, except for Sakura.

Free from the confines of Epsilon, and still equipped with the Burst-Brace that allowed her to become Burst Knight Dragon Sakura was confused and fled from Japan to America, where she saw a world covered in super villains, luckily she was armed with a powerful suit of armor specifically designed for this kind of situation ...

Character Description: Sakura is Japanese, and very tall with dark blue eyes and short black hair. She has dark skin. Sakura always wears gloves, because of issues with touching people and has the Burst-Brace strapped to her left wrist.

Yeah I'm not good with weight or height or any of that stuff, it's mathematics and it hurts my brain. I've changed them to soemthing less freakish. Better or worse?

I had assumed you accidentally left a number off. I'm sure you can google a BMI chart abd come up with something appropriate. Other than that it looks good and I you can has approval.
