Yes, he performs operations in a tux and a Ninja-mask. However, he'll also use whatever he has at the time. SMGs, pistols, swords, knives, explosives, sniper rifles...He's resourceful.

Personality: Passionate, deep-thinking, a real inner monologue kind of guy, the sort who'd have a 5 hour, art deco film where it's nothing but shadows and him thinking to the audience. Often quite disgusted with the way of the world, even as he adds to the heap.

History: He's been subject to powers higher then himself his entire life, or so he claims. From the story he weaves, he was the middle in a family of 12 children, wandering gypsies, and yet, at other times, victims of constant warfare. The only thing that IS known is his history, as Asylum. A known terrorist/freedom fighter, he's constantly waging guerrilla warfare against militant dictators and unfair politicians, his mask, methods and almost machine-like determination making him rather feared among the "elite". Rumored to be a part of the same project E is from. It would certainly explain his unusual 'ability'...

Powers: His only power is, he sort of "turns invisible" when he stands still. And it's more of, you just misplace him, like, if he doesn't move, at all, you can't really see him. If you've been chasing him and have him cornered you KNOW he's there, but your eyes can not send the coordinates of his location to your brain. Of course, he needs to stand PERFECTLY still for this. A muscle cramp, a twinge, and it's gone, baby.
