Lucas Gills is a bit of funny looking man. He is not silly to say but he does not how one would expect him to. He has a kind face, almost cheery in a sense. His brownish orange hair has begun receding a bit though he still wears it well. He has a short goatee beard, or some would call it a circle beard. His eyes a dark hazel and seem to light up when he laughs. In terms of vernacular he has a bit of English draw but having traveled so much it has faded some. He is on the skinner side and he seems on the shorter end despite being the average.
In terms of dress and attire he tends to be rather varied. He knows how to keep it casual, not seeming to care much what others think. However, when he has an important meeting he will dress for the occasion wearing whatever he feels best fits the situation. He is someone who knows how to dress for an occasion.


Lucas can be rather cheerful, joking person. He carries a short of charisma about him that encourages others to go along with him. He knows his trade well and knows how to strike a deal, especially one that will put him in a better spot. He does carry a good deal of self-perseveration, wanting to see himself survive and live comfortably. He is not married and has been part of a few failed relationships, but he is not someone who is above compassion or charity, he doesn’t go out of his way to do so but he is not incapable of them. With that said he also doesn’t mind putting someone in a difficult spot to get himself or his company ahead.


Lucas was the son of a con artist. From a young age he learned from his mother the art of conning people, in fact, from that young age he was often part of a con. His mother taught him the value of staying ahead of people, being more clever them, and knowing when to smile. It was interesting childhood to say the least, but he loved his mother and she loved him. To this day he still tries to provide a good life for her, making sure she is well taken care of.
For the longest time Lucas would work as a con artist and made quite the living off of it. He had to skip town a few times to avoid some trouble, but he was always ahead of the curb and managed to get by with barely a scratch. That was until he tried to con one Isaac Crowe. The con failed nearly instantly and Lucas found himself in the basement of some undisclosed location. He was to be tortured and beaten for trying to get the best of Isaac but somehow…he managed to talk the man who to beat him out of it and to let him go.
When Isaac Crowe caught wind that Lucas had escaped solely by talking he knew that Lucas was someone he needed on his staff. Once more, Lucas had found himself in some undisclosed location, but instead of being a prisoner he was a welcomed guest. He was offered a job as a negotiator for Isaac’s company and started small.
Over the years Lucas has been promoted several times, having landed Mr. Crowe several remarkable deals that landed his company in great spots. He now works as the head negotiator, conducting the other small times negotiators and operating the more important deals. He often travels around the world, going place to place and doing his shading dealings wherever the boss tells him.

Despite seeming to mainly care for himself Isaac does seem to have a soft spot for the Alpha Soldiers, especially Abraham. He will put himself in dangers way for Abraham (not necessarily risk his life but go off on a limb for him).
He would risk his life for his mother who lives in England in her own apartment with a small staff taking care of her.
Lucas has received self-defense training and while Abraham is his main bodyguard he is capable of defending himself against some who wish to due him harm.
