Cosmokill (Just putting him here until I'm actually gonna use him, not done yet)

Personality: This says it all:
“Friends, bonds, legends, love - What good have they done? Have they managed to even put a dent in destiny!? Destiny merely scoffs at us, unchanged! However, I shall proceed upon the remaining path...I shall create a new world!!”

He has a giant ego, and refuses to admit that his powers are quite limited, and reality only lets him make a few small dents in the universe. He also is smart, and plans things out, and gets pissed when they fail. He is maniplative, more than he was before.

History: Small as the old Nightkill, then he is killed. I have no clue how, still planning a big dramatic death for him. After his death, his soul refused to go to Hell. Amazing, sheer willpower allowed him to stay, but at a price. He was literally trapped, and ripped into reality. Stuck, he couln't die, he couldn't see, he couldn't hear, couldn't do anything! After he moaned for a while, he realized what he could do. He was a god.
Nightkill went back to Earth, by moving through reality. When he got there, he made up his mind to kill GUN and FEARE, and make himself ruler of Earth. But he couldn't.

"Why?! Why can't I destroy these fools?" he snarled. All the GUN heroes were right in front of him, and he couldn't touch them, couldn't kill them. He was unseen, trying to figure out what was going on.

"GET IT YET?" a powerful voice boomed in his ears.
"Who are you?" he snarled. Something about that voice. It scared him. Him!
"I Am The Voice of The Universe And Reality." it said. "You have ascended to this form and power. Impressive. However, you can only make small descisions in the Mortal World. You are simply Incapable Of Actually Affecting The Universe Directly. You Can Affect The World, but only in Small Ways."

He growled, but saw the truth of that voice. He started realizing the limits of his powers, and how to use them. He also choose a name. Cosmokill.

Powers: There is a limit, do not go overboard with this, the strength of your powers are determined by the level of your energy projection. This does not include physical powers, such as strength, speed, endurance, fighting skills or anything pertaining to it, etc. Please be very detailed on your powers and their descriptions, don't be sloppy and make something stupid, think it through and do a good job, these will be important!

Image Shirfting: He can appear as pretty much anything he wants. He can also decide who sees or hears him. So, if he wants, he can have Bob see him, and Alice won't.

Teleportion: He can go anywhere he wants in a blink of an eye.
Duplication: Not actual duplicaton, but he can send his image anywhere, and create more than one image of himself.
Life Creation/Advancement: He can create primitive life forms, and then allow them to evolve in his direction. He cannot alter free wil, but he can be worshipped as a god, so races listen to him. This is a long and tiring process though, so he usually gets people and races already existing and advances them.

Deal with the Devil: Cosmokill can be summoned. If a Mortal begins praying, and says "I summon Cosmokill." He will appear, and give them a Mark, which looks like a Wolf's head. The user can choose between these powers:

Healing Factor
Energy Projection, Speed, Durablity, etc. +1. (They can only choose one of these, and Intelligence is not among them, and is not an option.)
-1 Intel. (This will happen if they use the Mark. The more they use it, the more they begin to lose their free will, and become his slave.)

Cosmokill allows them to take as many Marks as they wish, but the Marks drain life energy and free wil when they are activated, and more Marks speed up the process. The Marks are activated and deativated when the user touches them. They give the user a tempory high as well, as though they are on a drug.

Immortality: He cannot die. But he can't kill anyone either, so it evens out.

Tanglity: He has to concerntrate hard to be tangible. Otherwise he remains intanglibe.

Limits: A lot.
1. He cannot interfere with free will, except for his Marks.
2. He cannot kill anyone. He cannot hurt anyone either.
3. He cannot detain or trap anyone.
4. He cannot lie to a Immortal. He can tell half-truths though.
5. He cannot give a Mortal powers beyond his Marks (Godlike ablites, in another words)
6. He can only interfere with destiny in small ways.

Pretty much done, need to make a bunch of edits, but tell me how it is so far.

What is the point of him honestly....I would say his powers are rigged as shit, because they are....but he can't even hurt anyone?

Seems absolutely pointless.

I was bored with Nightkill, and planned on killing him off, but I wanted a character who could make long-time plans decades or centuries in advance. This is really just a character that you all can use as a NPC Dues Ex Machina. I had an idea for an alien invasion sort of deal, and this is the guy who can make it happen, and he's also pretty much the devil. So if some noob wants quick, easy and short-time power, he can give it to them. Eh, he's just something I thought up in my spare time.

He is totally useless. That's what I planned him to be. Have you read Animorphs? I wanted him to be a evil version of the Ellimist, and if you've read The Saga Of Darren Shan, I wanted him to be like Mr. Tiny.
