Andy is the way he is because of fear. As you will see in his story, his fear of being on a planet covered in humanoids just like his creators' worst enemies. Andy wants revenge. However, he was also given a mission: reestablish a colony where he lands. This is his main goal above all else.



The American government supposedly crafted Andy with their latest and greatest tech for construction purposes.
In reality, Andy is an advanced Android created by a distant race of extraterrestrials called the Arden. Their technology level is a few centuries past current humanity. Or at least, it was. He was created by them as their peacekeeper of sorts, protecting them from other species and more. The Arden's primary enemy had a material that was near impervious to their energy based attacks. However, the Arden used nanotech that was able to replicate this material to give them a fighting chance. It had a base strength similar to titanium.

The Arden were overwhelmed by a species they were at constant war with. With Andy containing all the information that their Arden held, he was sent off into space to find a suitable place to regroup with remaining Arden and rebuild their civilization.

However, as they fled, an enemy ship came, destroying the transport's primary boosters. Andy fought the other ship, but while in battle was hit with an electricity based weapon, frying some of his nanites and deleting some of the data he had left on the Arden. They fired a high powered ballistic weapon, sending him at high speeds through the system.

The transport he had to protect was destroyed and Andy was left adrift in space with severe damage. To preserve energy, he powered down and waited for something. For anything to find him.

Several dozens of millennia later, Andy is found on a distant planet explored by a space exploration company working with the U.S. Government. He was returned to Earth and experimented on. While he was still powered down, they repaired him and tested the Nanites. They disassembled him and his weaponry, using his limbs to copy various metals.

After years of testing Andy, the Government finally decided to wake him up. As they did so, Andy went on a riot through the lab, destroying various government projects. Andy scanned an attack drone and pissed off out of the base, leaving a path of destruction in his wake as he flew off. He caused all this destruction because of the humans appearance. Their faces were so similar to the Arden's nemesis. Perhaps, he could be turned to the humans' side. If they can get through the language barrier.

Nanite Construction:
Andy's body is constructed purely of nanomachines (similar durability to titanium) embedded with thrusters for movement. Because of this, Andy is able to reshape and reform into anything proportional to his size. He isn't only a tall boy but is a wide one as well, able to shift into about the size of a Mini Cooper. He might be able to get away with a small sports car. Aerial vehicles are possible as well. The thrusters in the nanomachines will take over for the propulsion of any aerial vehicles.

Material Copying:
At will, Andy's Nanites can cover themselves in any material they come in contact with or that comes in contact with them. This ranges from the mundane to custom materials.  

Space Metal:
The metal used to repair Andy was titanium and the metal he was originally built out of was extremely similar in durability to titanium. He can take a great amount of force and impact while remaining somewhat light.

Strength: Being built for combat, Andy was created with Nanites using microthrusters. These microthrusters combined with the nanites' base lifting capacity alloes Andy to lift up to 1.5 tons. His punching strength is strong enough to put a hole in steel and with his durability, he can do this without causing injury to himself.


Pulse:
Electro Magnetic Pulses will disperse or kill nanites depending on the strength of the pulse.

Flight Restrictions:
Due to sensors, laser pointers can disrupt flight if aimed at the copied cockpit. Any laser based weapon.

Material Copying: If he were to take on a metal with certain properties, he would take them on. Ex: Lead would make him extremely dense, not allowing to fly.

Magic:
A great magic energy discharge can distract and disrupt Andy's computing as his computer finds the whole thing illogical. The nanites don't seem to respond well to it.

Electricity Abundance:
A great electric surge through the Nanite based body will throw Andy off for a few posts, making him unable to shapeshift for a time depending on the power of the surge.

Language Barrier:
The only language Andy knows is Ardian, his creators' language. This makes it extremely difficult to coordinate with anyone on his 'team'.



There are many weapons and tools Andy can create with his Nanomachine construction. It can form these at will. These can also be copies of weapons other metas use with their powers. However, he can't copy the materials the weapons are made of. If he himself has super durability as a power, the weapons will just be super durable. If not, the weapons are the strength of his body. The weapons will be similar in design to the original but made of the nanites of Andy. A.K.A. Mundane Weapons.

Stored Nanites:
These Nanites could be in Andy's body, in a duffle bag, or maybe flying about in the air around him! They kinda look like a swarm of bees. These Nanites will repair Andy overtime and allow him to survive taking hefty damage. If his primary body is destroyed, these are his escape plan.

Weakness:
The Nanites are vulnerable to electromagnetic pulses similar to his actual body. Also, an abundance of electricity coursing through the Nanites could potentially damage them.

Energy Rifle:
Andy still has an Arden energy Rifle. It's completely inactive for now. He just needs to find someone to fix it and create the ammo it requires. This could be a potential advancement.
