The Legacy

Personality:
An interesting conundrum of a warden, despite their tendency to stay out of the affairs of mortals he enjoys walking among mankind. He holds a large capacity for love, unconditional in how freely it is given. The type who finds smiling easy, even when he doesn’t feel the desire to. Willing to give without the expectation of something in return, and always there to offer support when it is within his means to do so. If there was one person that could represent love, he likely would have himself a spot beside the word in the dictionary. This leads to him taking interests in mortals, especially ones filled with love or particularly interesting couples. Personal projects as he had come to call them.

Despite being a ray of sunshine and hiss genuine nature, he is filled with a certain level of self loathing. His time as a corrupted warden has left him with constant personal reminders of how that could happen again and the losses that could come with it. Even still his self determining attitude remains, something that leads him to follow his heart wherever that may lead is something that allows him to continue on. Taking small solaces within the fact that the people he cares about are still alive. A show of his nurturing nature alongside what can only be described as

Even still like all wardens he has some of the standard traits expected from them. A disconnect from the norms of humanity, a presence of authority that comes with being an elder, a high intellect and a desire to see his duty fulfilled despite what past actions have shown. Even still, he is what someone would call more human than his fellow wardens. Prone to allowing his emotions to cloud him when they come, yet they always seem to work towards his duties.

History:
Like all wardens Amor was born at the beginning of time when the concept of love came to form. Primordial, an elder that looked over the very concept and made sure that it was kept well. A thing that he...well loved and wanted to keep around. His people were the movers and shakers, keeping the cosmic concepts for those mortals to appreciate and loath all in equal portions. So imagine when he discovered these naked apes, fighting each other but also loving each other. He didn't care about the fighting portion but love was right up his alley. If there was one thing that he wanted to do, it was set up humans and watch them love each other. Physically and romantically. ~~Join in too but that’s neither here nor there.~~

As far as elders went he was mostly fine, not rocking the boat too much and doing his duties when it suited...well his job. Anything off the metaphorical clock didn’t bother anyone, especially if it involved enforcing his own job anyway. The downside of championing love was that he took a rather deep interest within love of all kinds. The forbidden kind was included, something that involved him taking an interest into a warden. Something that had been decided was against one of their many rules, but his heart full of that love stuff. This forbidden love was drawn towards a rebellious warden of Will by the name of Aurelias. Like the kind of bad boy that any young adult female protagonist would fall for and he was falling hard.

Needless to say he chased that relationship, following his heart like he had always done despite the fact they had to keep this a secret from their fellows. That being until he was killed, coming back as a corrupted being that didn’t find themselves so willing to have these secrets kept. An elder corrupted was something that was unprecedented but this wasn’t acted upon until he had begun destroying other wardens. Bringing together all of the elders, they struck down the corrupted elder and defeated the two rogue wardens before more damage could be done.

Luckily even within his corrupted state he had thought of the child born from their forbidden affair and send him away to Earth before he could be struck down by their brethren. Though now that he was returned to his senses, all Amor felt was a deep sense of shame. Not only because of the people he had destroyed but the person he had dragged into his treachery. Being forced to do his duties however was one thing, but knowing he couldn’t even protect his child was something that left him even more ruined by the experience.

The unspoken anxieties were the things that left him most tattered, though he watched anyway. Feeling the apathy weigh down upon him like a millstone but the situation was something he could do nothing about. For now avoiding the person he had ruined in his corrupted crusade, trying to find the words that would somehow make it right. Needless to say he has his fellow elders watching him very closely and knows he can’t afford to slip now.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Love Empowerment: The strength of all of Amor's abilities increases based on the amount of Love displayed by himself and others in close proximity ( a mile radius).

Dominion: As a Warden, Amor has a degree of authority over the mortal world. This manifests itself in powerful telekinesis. With a simply gesture, he can manipulate practically anything kinetically. The potential power of this ability, like most of his others, depends on the amount of Love in the area fueling his powers. At the lowest level, he might only be able to move a few tons, and at the highest, he is capable of insane feats of power, such as tossing buildings around.

Nigh Invulnerability: Wardens are practically immune to standard forms of physical damage. Only when they are exposed to their Fatal Weakness for extended periods of time are they weakened enough to be hurt normally. But, most of the time only insanely high level forces seem to have any sort of effect (This power can be overwhelmed, but for all practical purposes it gives Amor immunity to damage by standard means. This says nothing of swords that can cut anything or energies that rip atoms apart on a microscopic level, are any other crazy things a lot of characters are packing.)

Universal Travel: Wardens can travel anywhere in the known universe at anytime, and bring anything they touch and focus on with. However, due to the nature of how they step through space, they require around a minute for their consciousness to 're-calibrate' before they can travel again.

Illusions: Wardens can project powerful illusions over those in the mortal realm. These illusions can encompass all standard biological senses, and can be whatever the Warden wishes them to be.

Shape Changing: Wardens can decide what form they take, so long as it's humanoid, but most have a preferred appearance.

Tranquil love: Amor’s emotional state is strange in the fact that it is constantly within a strange state of flux, however he is immune to abilities that alter his emotional state. Empathy and the like do nothing more than amuse him.

Love heals all wounds: Under his domain is love, and while his presence tends to be pleasant, what else he can do is consciously unleash a pleasant aura of healing from his body. Bleeding stops rapidly, small cuts heal and even fatal wounds are stabilized. This ability however is most potent when channeled through his hands, rapidly healing even the most deadly of injuries within seconds the moment skin touches skin. One thing he has noted is that almost anything curses, cancers or anything else can be cured when he kisses someone. Perhaps even regrowing limbs and resurrectng the very recently dead. It is more effective the more love he holds for someone, though so long as he doesn't hate the person the effects are dynamic.

Love is in the air: Amor can fill the hearts of those around him with great love, the intensity of it depending on how close one is to him with a maximum of a mile radius around him with those at the edge feeling slightly better compared to touch filling someone with a debilitating infatuation. Weaknesses
Fatal weakness: Enough hatred, doubt or lies, as well as any twisted form of love happening around him, a lack of or contortion of love is his fatal weakness. He is severely weakened depending on the intensity of exposure, becoming completely mortal at the extreme.

Focus: must focus in order to teleport or use Dominion, meaning anything that produces an decent distraction can prevent him from using those abilities.

Weapon loss: Of somehow stripped of his weapon, Amor can be controlled by anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of the mystical arts.

Banishment spells: There exist several banishment spells that can be learned by a moderately skilled magician to banish Wardens back to their home realm.

Binding Spells: There exist several confinement spells that can be learned by a moderately skilled magician to trap Wardens in a certain area.

Technical issues (teleportations): Wardens know when a place is clear for them to teleport to it as soon as they choose to do so, but if something were to be put into the spot they were teleporting to the instant they made the jump having already made the decision, the object would impale them.

Corruption: Through thorough verbal assault and exposure to their fatal weakness, Wardans can be made to give into their corrupted Handler persona without needing to be killed.

The bonds of love:While he is one who seems to give his heart rather freely, there are two people that he deeply cares for. Auerelias and Xerxes, people that he would die for or do anything for.

The mystical arts suck: Magic seems to get around his supposed invulnerability, though specifically maligned or dark magics find that his body is even easier to damage rather than a little difficult.

Items
Lovestruck: Amor’s warden weapon. A bow made of an unknown pink metallic material, that he can summon and dismiss at will so long as it remains within his hands. Only capable of being separated from him with powerful magic or technology. It is practically indestructible, capable of producing arrows composed of a strange pink energy that he can launch with enough force to punch through tanks with ease and do damage to incredibly durable individuals easily. He can launch these arrows in vollies of varying size from a single one, to a shower of hundreds of arrows should he need to have such coverage. He can extend his love imbuiing abilities through these arrows, making them function somewhat like a cupids arrow rather than destroying the target and that is the main use of this weapon. However he has no issue just using it as a weapon.

RP Mechanics
Warden Physiology: Amor is a Warden, and as such is an angelic, ageless being free from the necessitates of mortality. Things that specifically effect Wardens effect him, and many things that would effect lesser beings, such as a lack of oxygen, don't. He's a supernatural force more than a type of physical being, his existence tethered to the Warden realm rather than the mortal one (Used as explanation for why the permission based aspects of powers such as telekinesis cannot directly manipulate him.)
