Noob on the block

Hi, new kid...sorta on the block. I'm an on again/off again fan of superheroes with a strong love of OTT powers. I like the idea of RPing, but for various reasons, I've never really got into it. Hopefully, a more generic site than the specific ones I've tried in the past will go down better. On a side note, I live up to my name, so please excuse any poor spelling on my part.
On a side note, what exactly does Renegade refer to? Perhaps I'm being an idiot, but I cant find the details anywhere. My understanding is that its someone whos neither hero nor villain, but can work with either side. Is that right?

There's a hand dandy thread in the character application area of the board. The title is Character Alignments, and it breaks down each alignment in a fair amount of detail.

Also welcome to SHRP! If you were here before, well, glad to have you back. We're more than happy to have new players, especially ones that are looking to enjoy their time here and become a better writer.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm always happy for a chance to improve my writing and ability to create characters. I kinda need it considering how often my original characters tend to end up being pretty similar to each other.
