Fauna appears as a woman with long black curly hair, the back having two horned shaped pigtails. She has peach tanned skin and red eyes from the awakening of her Meta-gene powers. She stands at six foot exactly or six foot three when in heels; her casual or hero ones otherwise. She has a 38D cup chest size and tends to appear as healthy. She also wears red eyeshadow and finger and toenail polish as well as a shiny red lipstick.

Her casual outfits depend on what is happening. When in bed or just getting out of bed; she wears black silk PJs, covered in pink cartoon kittens and wears kitten slippers when she's out of bed and walking around. Her normal casual outfit consists of a red, short sleeved top, a red knee length skirt with a black rim around it. She then also wears fishnet stockings and sometimes fishnet gloves with a ring loop. This is finished off with either red and black heels or red chinese style flats.

Her formal attire is a red kimono-style dress with a red obi belt (see above image). And for her job as a ballet teacher, she wears a red version of the swan lake ballet dress (as seen here:

Hero Outfit (Banshee):

Her hero outfit consists of a shiny black dress with white fabric under the skirt with white panties. The dress is covered with elaborate designs hand designed into the fabric. There is a gap, showing a bit of top breast with another design just above the gap. There is another decorative gap on the back of her dress, showing a almost diamond shape part of her upper back. The shoulder pads are slightly puffy like a wedding dress with sleeves flowing down to just below her elbow before opening up in a flower-like shape. She also possesses white gloves that reach her elbows with the parts covering the hands black and soft. There is also a large-ish black bow at the back of the dress. She wears thigh high, semi-see though black stockings with a thick black rim near the top and knee high black high heeled boots. Lastly, she wears a black fabric eye cover that wraps around her head.

The outfit also has a ability where, at will, she can summon or desummon it at will; when summoned, it appears to form onto her like ashes; replacing whatever outfit she is wearing at the current time. When being desummoned, it does the same, but in reverse and the outfit she was wearing before returns as the hero outfit dissipates off her. When desummoned, its set to appear in her wardrobe in her apartment.



When Fauna was little, she was like any other girl; happy, care-free and eager to learn a play. She grew up for a love for books, chess, computers and overall learning about the world she lived in.

However, since her awakening of her Meta-Gene, her personality completely shifted; she now lacks many of the positive emotions she had in life, only now possessing a constant state of despair and melancholy. Her eyes are distant and cloudy most times due to this and she has to force certain emotions up like happiness, even though she doesn't it feel it for the sake of others.

Most of the time, she acts distant, almost borderline Apathetic. However, she can feel emotions, they are just heavily suppressed. Usually to help her act happy for example, she usually takes anti-depressants so she's better able to pretend to be happy or joyful.

In off time, she acts as a ballet teacher at a all-girls school as its one of the few things she finds that she can enjoy. She also has gained a great amount of hacking abilities; using that skill to hack into the bank accounts of various corrupt businessman, politicians and the like and sends it to a offshore, untraceable bank account that she uses to buy the more expensive parts of her kit, mainly her hero outfit, her apartment in London and a old military bunker on the river Thames.

She can be sometimes cryptic and also seems to be somewhat spiritual aware, being able to sense things to some degree and can sometimes see shades or shadows near haunted locations, but nothing beyond that.



When she was born to Harold and Julia Salan, they were ecstatic to have a baby girl and growing up; she was a happy, care-free little girl; always eager to dance around and doing the things all little girls do. Growing up, she would always dive into books, letting them take her away into their worlds of fantasy, adventure and legendary heroes fighting against evil villains as they try to take over the world.  When she was primary school age; she would start helping out her mum with cooking and cleaning up and while at school, she loved learning just about everything, absorbing everything like a sponge.

Hitting her teen years, while her body developed, she also focused on developing her mind even further with learning to play chess with her father and working on her studies for secondary school. She found she had a particular knack for computers; getting a+ in her computer studies and getting decent grades across the board from Bs to some As.

Getting to young adult, she continued her computer studies at college and found a instructional document for hacking into systems in a hidden system file, she found out how to hack into systems and also continued her own, independent study into hacking while also keeping up with her computer studies degree.

Yet, it was during this time one fateful night that would change her forever. She was walking home one day, taking a shortcut through a alleyway when she was ganged up by a bunch of thugs and sexual predators. She tried to resist, but massively failed and forced her down against the hard concrete floor before they tore her clothes off and proceeded to rape her in multiple ways and, in her greatest despair, "it" happened. Her Meta-Gene triggered as her irises would change from the soft blue to a blood red.

She didn't remember much of what happened after that, but when she woke, she found the bodies of the men unconscious on the floor; their ears bleeding. She also felt nothing positive; no happiness to have escaped, no joy in being able to leave, she just felt...empty. She felt her throat was sore and fortunately, when she woke up, she had come over and called the police, who had arrived to arrest them along with a ambulance to help her. The man who called said he heard a scream that shook him to his core and upon hearing it, called the police before running down to find her unconscious; naked and still breathing while surrounded by the man with bleeding ears. She dryly thanked him for helping her before she was helped up by paramedics and taken to hospital.

Her parents were called and found their daughter in a hospital ward; looking flat and recovering from her attack. The doctor explained to both her and her parents that she had developed a extreme case of clinical depression and would need anti-depressants for the rest of her life. He also explained that, at the current time, they did not know why her natural eye color had changed.

From that point on, She acted a lot different as she lacked the will to do anything, to even enjoy things she used to enjoy. Her parents tried desperately to help her feel the happiness she once had and she eventually came to the conclusion that, to help her parents cope, she would had to pretend to feel happy and joy. And so, she did; pretending to smile and be happy and managed to give a convincing performance, which only improved as time went on.

She went on to learn ballet at London's Royal Ballet School, where she excelled and, felt a true twinge of happiness while doing it, enough for her to continue doing it and take up a job as a ballet teacher at Moira House Girls School.

During this time, she used the hacking skills she had developed over the years to wire money from various corrupt businessmen, politicians and the like and used it to get a offshore, untraceable bank account, which she used to move out her parent's house and buy herself a large apartment in London. She also decided sometime into this that she wanted to do something more; something to fill the emptiness in her heart and so, like the books she used to read growing up; she decided to become a heroine and so, found another meta-human that was able to imbue fabric with unique traits and commissioned her to create for her a outfit for her that was able to be summoned and desummoned at will and, after a few weeks, came back with the current hero outfit she has now, which she paid for using the money she had wired from her offshore account and thanked for her work and left.

Now, besides working as a ballet teacher, she also fights crime as the heroine called Banshee when she feels necessary. She will also fight people who attack her. For now, she keeps to herself, but to what will come in her future; only time will tell.

Primary Power: Mist Body/Banshee Form:
Her main power that all her other powers come from: when her powers activate, her red irises glow before her entire body turns into black mist, reforming into a humanoid form, appearing like her, although with some differences: Her lips have changed from the shiny red to a shiny black; her hair is floating upwards and her horned pigtails float up and curved, giving her a demon-like appearance. The silk wraps around the horned pigtails tend to glow a soft red. She also appears to float a foot or so above the ground like a ghost. Her mist body appearance is the same as the outfit she is wearing currently, most usually her hero outfit.

While in her mist form; any attacks, either melee or ranged, simply phase through her as if passing through mist. She gains the ability to use telepathy in a limited degree in this form as her primary method of communicating to both allies and enemies alike. Her voice taking on a whispery, ghost-like undertone to it. She gains the ability to fly at a decent speed; about the same speed as a propeller-based aircraft. And lastly, she gains the ability of possession.

When returning to her physical form, she appears to step down to the ground, her mist body dissipating off her body like smoke.

Possession (Permission-based for PCs):
She can pick a target nearby and dissolve herself into a thick fog of black mist. The mist then rushes towards the target and enters the target through the mouth, nose and ears (can be all or one, as long as one is accessible). Once inside the target, the target's irises turn red as a sign of possession. While under possession, the one possessed will be effectively asleep. While inside the target's body, she has access to the target's skills and, if they possess them, meta-human powers. To leave a target, she has the possessed target open their mouth and the black mist vents out their mouth as she returns to her mist body form.

Scream:
A powerful ability and one she rarely uses unless she absolutely has to; when about to use it, it appears as her skirt seems to blow around as if in a wind along with her hair before she tilts her head up and releases a pain-filled, despair and sorrow-filled scream; able to shatter even bulletproof glass and rupture eardrums and works with a twenty foot radius.



Human Form: While in her human/physical form, she is no different then a normal human woman as she possesses no super abilities and, although not weak, she isn't able to fend off stronger enemies and is as vulnerable as being a human is.

Lack of combat abilities: While in mist form, although immune to most attacks, she cannot attack anything as any attacks made by her in this form (besides scream) will do nothing and will just feel like a patch of mist touching them.

None-solid phasing: In mist form, although able to phase through most things, she cannot pass through solid objects like walls, meaning she could be contained in her mist form inside a containment jar or something along those lines.

Possession: She can only possess one person at a time, their irises turn red, meaning anyone who has fought her before will easily be able to tell when she is possessing someone and if they are not killed or knocked unconscious before she comes out of them, they will return to consciousness and will be able to attack her or others. She also cannot access memories or other things when inside a target, only access to their skills and powers if they have them. Most commonly, she takes over a thug so she can fight with a higher natural strength stat to make up for her own lack of physical strength. Also, if the user doesn't have a mouth, nose or ears or have some way to shield themselves from her mist, she cannot possess them as she requires to physically enter the target to possess them.

Scream: Due to Scream being a AOE abilities; even allies will be effected by this if they are not prepared for this and after using it, her throat tends to get sore, so it is not a ability she can use very often and normally is limited to once per transformation before having to get something to drink to remove the soreness before she is able to do that again; something while inside her mist body form, she cannot do as the liquid will pass through her.

Floating form: while in mist body form, she cannot physically touch the ground, which in some situations is a benefit, but in others, it isn't as useful and can be a hindrance.



Besides her hero outfit, she doesn't tend to carry around anything and even then, she can summon and desummon it at will.


The only thing of note is that, for anyone emotionally attuned to things or can sense auras; she also feels depressed and almost lacking in positive emotions like joy or happiness. Her aura also shares that, appearing like a dark blue or black and gives off a sense of despair and melancholy.


Fauna got up from her bed, wearing her usual black PJs with pink kittens all over it. She slipped into her kitten slippers and got up towards her kitchen, preparing to make some breakfast while eyeing a orange pill bottle with a label listing it as "Mirtazapine"; a very potent and effective anti-depressant. It was the only thing that made her feel better, to feel even a small amount of the happiness and other positive emotions she used to feel before that day.

While setting her scrabbled eggs to microwave and her toast to cook, she popped the top off the pill bottle, taking two of the pills out. Getting a mug of milk, she took them both; knowing full well that she is meant to take one a day, but after a recent visit to her doctor, he allowed her to take two since that seemed to be more effective at helping her condition. The microwave tinged as her scrabbled eggs finished and her toast popped out. She put them together and went to sit and eat while watching TV.

Once she had finished, she looked out the window overseeing the busy streets of London; she lived in a more older industrial part with more period buildings, including the one she lived in. She had given it all the mod cons, but she still kept some of its period appeal. It was then she heard a scream. Looking down, she saw a woman being chased by a bunch of thugs with baseball bats and it didn't look like they were messing around. It reminded her all too much of that fateful day when her whole life changed forever.

"I guess I should go then; I don't want this to happen again like before..." She muttered to herself as she slipped her slippers off and left her appartment and went into the apartment block's elevator and pressed for the ground floor. During this time, she closed her eyes as her hero outfit formed onto her body, going from the feet up; forming into her stockings and heels; her unqiue, hand crafted dress, gloves and of course, her eye cover. Once the doors opened to the ground floor, she was now in her hero outfit; now taking on her heroine name as Banshee. She rushed out the building after the thugs, who had knocked the the woman in the back of the head, causing her to fall to the floor. She weakly looked up, seeing the thugs above her.

"Alright lady; your going to regret not giving us the money when we asked for it" He looked at her angrily before another voice came in.

"Sorry, but you interrupted my morning, so I'm going to have to deal with you myself"

The thugs turned around to see her, looking in their direction, even though they couldn't see her eyes; her arms folded across her chest before pointing at the thugs as she made her point. The thug laughed.

"Hahaha, so the great Banshee has come to deal with us; I'm trembling. Like your able to stop us," He said, turning to his fellow thugs, "Let's beat her instead, then we can go back to the boss saying we defeated the all great Banshee".

The others yelled in approval before they all charged her. She sighed.

"Guess there's no point trying to explain how futile this is" She muttered to hereself before, under her eye cover, her irises flashed red as they always did when she activated her power as her entire body form burst into black mist before reforming into her mist body form or as some people called it, her Banshee form. Her heels floating just a foot above the ground; her hair floating upwards along with her horned pigtails, that came round and curved forwards, giving her the appearance of horns. The silk around them softly glowing red and her lipstick become a shiny black on contrast to the rest of her form, which had taken on a fully black version of her hero outfit.

They had continued their attacks regardless of her horrifying form, yet their attacks just phased through her body, even hitting each other in some cases. The thug mocks her.

"Do you intend to just stand there and do nothing? What's to stop me from beating up the other...argggg!" He began to say before she burst into black mist and flowed into his open mouth as well as his nose and ears. His head then sank forwards and one of the other thugs looked at him.

"hey? what's wrong, man?" He asked before his head looked back up, revealing his irises had now changed to red.

"What the hell?!" He yelled before he got smacked into the head by his baseball bat. Banshee, now in control of the thug's body, was now much better capable of fighting the other thugs and, after a tough battle, she managed to knock out the other thugs. She had the thug she was possessing grab his phone and call the police.

"Hello, I want to report a mugging; there are six men responsible that I have managed to stop, including myself; I request a detail to come down and arrest my five colleges and myself as I am handing myself in" He explained, his voice somewhat a mix of his and hers. Once confirming the details, she ended the call and found the nearest wall and had him smack into the wall with enough force to knock himself out. Once he was unconscious, his mouth opened up as the black mist flowed out of his mouth, reforming into her Banshee form before she appeared to step down as the mist flowed off her as she returned into her physical form. She came over to the woman and helped her up; although she had a bit of blood flowing out her forehead and she was in a bit of shock, she was overall fine. She was in tears and hugged Banshee as soon as she helped her up.

"Oh thank god you came when you did; I was so scared, oh thank you, Banshee" She said and, although she didn't feel too much, she still felt that she did her duty. She petted the woman's head softly before helping her stand up.

"Your welcome; the police are on the way; will you be ok?" She said softly. The woman nodded.

"Y-yes, I should be; what about them?" She asked, pointing to the men unconscious on the floor.

"They'll be fine, although they should be out till the police get here" She explained, which the woman seemed relieved with. Banshee made sure to wait till the police arrived and arrested the men before she turned and left while leaving the woman in the safe hands of the police as she returned to her apartment, her costume coming off her like ashes, returning her to just her PJs and returned to her apartment to continue with her day.
