Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Another day, another induction...
{{Me and Viva to start Meteo towards FEARE, up to him if others join later.}}
Meteo was bored. He was sitting at a little outdoor diner with his feet propped up on the small black table. The sun was shining, but the excessively large rainbow-colored umbrella covering the table also shielded him from the offensive light. The hard table threatened to put his legs to sleep, and his matching chair didn’t help much either. He was waiting for someone, and he wasn’t really sure who. Just some nobody wanting him to join another villain group. Seeing as everyone he knew had just about left SCAR, the proposition peaked his interest. But the wait was killing him.
A young waitress walked up to the table next to his, offering to take their order. Meteo frowned. He had been waiting here a lot longer than they had. It should have been his turn. ’Well, at least now we have something to do while we wait…’ Meteo laughed, already thinking of what he would do to the young girl. The waitress smiled to the other table as she walked towards Meteo. “Come on Max, I want to blow her face off!”
“ Maybe later, Alex. We should refrain from blatantly using our powers while we wait. Don’t want a hero to show up before our contact. So let’s keep this mundane, shall we? ” The young waitress politely introduced herself as Alicia and offered to take his order. He told her he wanted an Iced Tea and waved her on. A few minutes later she returned with the drinks. She set his down on the table and went to give the other table their beverages. Before she had a chance though, Meteo summoned a strong gust of wind. The small-bodied girl lost her balance, and the drinks doused the other customers. Immediately, they started yelling and cursing. Alicia backed up, apologizing repeatedly. As she returned to his table, Meteo got her attention.
“Excuse me miss, I asked for Iced Tea. This isn’t even cold!” She stopped, puzzled.
“Sir, I know I put ice in that…” Meteo shrugged and picked the cold drink up. Without blinking, he created a small wave of fire. Immediately, it was near-boiling. He smiled at her mischeviously.
“Fine, see for yourself.” He got to his feet and splashed the drink into her face. She reeled back in pain, screaming. A few of the people around laughed, others scowled but remained quiet. Meteo turned and started to walk away. If this contact didn’t arrive soon, then fuck it. He didn’t need em anyway…

Re: Another day, another induction...
Percival was at a table sitting quietly, he knew the real Meteo would surface soon, he had his eye on him for a while now. Percival stood slowly clapping at Meteo, "Perfect" he said with a grin, "Absolutely perfect" he exclaimed as he walked over to Meteo. "You know you had me worried there for a second, I thought you weren't going to do something about that sub-par waitress, but as usual you don't disappoint, very theatrical, that is what really sold it, and the kicker you added on at the end." he stopped talking for a bit only to take a drag of his cigarette. Percival placed his forefinger and his thumb together and kissed them, breaking them apart in mid-air "Marvelous" as these words escaped his lips a thick cloud of smoke poured out with them. Percival smiled and extended his hand to Meteo. "Percival Battin" he said with a grin.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo scowled at the man. Bout damn time he showed up.
"Yeah, well she was pissin me off." He took the hand, though he fought the urge to wipe it off afterwards. He preferred his own smoke to the tobacco-riddled shit this guy was spewing. Still, he didnt want to blow the meeting before at least finding out what it was about. "So I guess you're the guy I've been waiting for." Meteo fought the urge to kill again. It was tough not setting things on fire.
"Hate to be blunt, but I've been waiting for a while. How about we get to the meat of the matter? " Meteo eyed his contact. " Now...whats this we hear about a group of some sort? And be sure to include why I need to leave my current affiliation. That is, why I'm not already wasting my time. "

"You are an eager man, I see, but this meeting is on my terms, you are free to leave at anytime" Percival said as he inhaled and blew smoke again, taking his time. "Your powers, have piqued my interest" Percival said after a couple of seconds, he was waiting, he wanted Meteo to blow up, he wanted him to get angry so that he could see the villain in action.

Re: Another day, another induction...
A gust of wind blew the smoke out of his face. "And your personality has started to annoy. And we both know that I dont like things that annoy me." Meteo's right arm burst into flames, and his fists clenched. Heat radiated off him in waves.
"Just let me kill him, Max. This was a waste of time!"
"Not just yet, Alex. Meteo glared at the man. " I can only hold Alex back for so long."
"So hurry up and get to the fucking point."

Re: Another day, another induction...
Percival grinned and puffed on his cigarette again this time blowing in the other direction. "So antsy calm down" he said with a grin as he leaned against a stone wall. "You know, you should work on that, but if you take a walk I could explain this for you" he said as he got off the wall and began walking away, waiting for Meteo.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo grunted as he caught up. There was something odd about the man. Meteo had killed for much less, yet something was telling him to hold off. He didnt know why, but whatever this man was offering had caught Meteo's attention and wouldn't let go. "Finally. So what's all this about? I doubt you wanted to just hang out and watch me burn a waitress." An evil grin crossed his face at the memory. "No matter how much fun it may have been." As he recalled the girl, his mind automatically wandered onto other forms of torture. Maybe after the meeting he would talk to the manager to get her fired... or find out her full name to give her family a visit later. Yeah, THAT would be fun. Kill them all while she watched. Meteo snickered, then remembered where he was. He looked over at Percival, waiting for the man to start talking.
Re: Another day, another induction...
"Well no, though I have to admit it was quite entertaining." Percival said laced with a chuckle. "I run a group of 'villains' that are in possession of....special abilities, however unlike the organization S.C.A.R we are well put together and meticulous" he said turning to Meteo. "I want you to join" he finished with a grin.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo looked at him for a moment. "And what makes you better than SCAR? I have to admit that so far, I havent been impressed with SCAR's event calender... but thats no reason to ditch. They let me do as i please, and that's my top criteria." As they walked, they passed a fruit vendor. Meteo picked up an apple and took a bite, not bothering to stop or pay. The owner was about to stop him, but was suddenly distracted when his hair caught fire.
"Even if I did want to join, dont you guys have any conditions, or tests, or something? I dont want to be in some gay 'bad guys club' who lets anyone in as long as they know how to suck a dick or two."

Re: Another day, another induction...
Percival let a laugh pass his lips, but took control and stopped it quickly. "Please, it is harder than that" he said quietly as he took another drag of his cigarettes, his voice was muffled a bit, talking around the cigarette. "You will get yours once I know you are interested" each word was wrapped in a billow of smoke and they ended with Percival smiling. "So what do ya say" he said as he turned back and chuckled at the burning head of the fruit vendor.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo ignored the innuendo behind 'Its harder than that,' and smiled at Percival's apparent approval of the fruit vendor's new hair style. Percival was eerily intriguing. And Meteo could use a little more fun, so why not?
"We'll do it, if your test is any good. We want to have some serious fun, so make it worth our while."
"Yeah, or you'll be our entertainment. You could join the waitress for the barbeque we have planned later!" Meteo grinned evilly.

Re: Another day, another induction...
"I want you to kill someone important, and bring me proof" he said as he grinned, he nodded for Meteo to hurry.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo caught up, clearly interested. "NOW we're talking! How you want 'em... char-grilled, extra crispy, or straight up burnt? Personally, I like to leave nothing but ashes... but others seem to have different tastes. 'It's too dry! It's too chalky! It's too...' SHUT THE HELL UP!!" Meteo laughed maniacally. Then he suddenly became calm as the personalities swapped control.
"Sorry, he was rambling. Now who exactly did you want to become toast?"
"HAH! More like BURNT toast!" Meteo immediately shook his head at his own pun in disgust.
"It's times like this when I dont know how I put up with you Alex..."

Re: Another day, another induction...
"Honestly the desicion is up to you my friend, as long as the are a worthy foe, fruit stand man doesn't count" Percival said with a sly grin as he puffed on his now nearly gone cigarette, he lightly flicked the ashes onto the side walk and turned towards the sun. "Oh, one more thing...have fun" with that Percival gave a wink and then was gone sitting behind Meteo on a large stone wall.

Re: Another day, another induction...
Meteo stood in the middle of the sidewalk, wondering what he was really supposed to do. For him, a 'Worthy Foe' would only be a hero or another villain.
"And there's one thing that always attracts one or the other..." Meteo grinned at Max's revelation.
"He DID tell us to have fun, didnt he?"
"That he did...that he did." Meteo laughed maniacally as he ran back towards the cafe. He could feel the fiery power rising inside him, begging to be released. He made it back in a matter of seconds, and the fun really began.
Using the thin decorative fence as a launching point, Meteo flipped into the air. At the peak of the flip, he released his fire in an array of flame, spelling out S.C.A.R. onto the surface of the diner. Patrons unlucky enough to be in the way ran about, screaming about the pain and how much they obviously disliked being on fire. Meteo finished the flip and spun around, fully intent on killing the living civilians ruining his fire-fueled collage. One of the men from before ran by, virtually untouched by the flames. Meteo snagged him by the shirt, dragging him to the ground before lifting him back up.
"Well, well, well!! What do we have here, a dine-and-dash?" Meteo shook his head as a column of wind formed around them. "Shame on you!" The wind caught a spark from the nearby fire, and immediately caught. It was a matter of moments before the tunnel of wind became a localized inferno. The man screamed in agony as his skin began bubbling and cracking open. He writhed, trying to escape before his meager life was spent. It didnt work.
"Look on the bright side! Meteo dropped the charred corpse, smiling. "At least you dont have to worry about the coke stains on your favorite polo!" He laughed, eagerly overlooking the destruction. The air stunk of burnt hair and flesh, mixed with the telltale acrid odor of melted plastic. The fleshy smell was similar to that of a Hawaiian pig roast, and it made him a little hungry. He looked around, hoping to find a waitress still capable of taking his order. No such luck.
"So, you think he'll show?" Meteo looked at the billowing black smoke rising into the air. Already, the sounds of a nearby chopper cut into the air. The fire would be on TV soon, and his handiwork plastered all over the 3 o'clock news.
"If there's anything that would attract our 'fearless leader,' it would be his organization's name cut into the top of some innocent civilians. Especially..." He smiled as he saw another ex-patron catch fire, "If he wasnt directly responsible. How could he resist some fun like this..?
