Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Looks
The Personality
Tarche is an interesting case and quite a tough person to crack. He's always had a distaste for metahumans. He disliked that some were so powerful that they didn't need to work for anything. They snapped their fingers and it would appear. Some metahumans used their powers to harm others and get what they wanted. Finn told himself that eventually, all metahumans with the right training would become a force of evil. A villain. Finn Tarche is a man of the law that would lay down his life fighting those who use their “gifts” for gain. He can get irritated quickly and is impatient when he isn't tinkering.
The Story
Tarche was born in Los Angeles to a very wealthy family of businessmen and inventors that worked in branches of Tarche Technologies, a company born and based in America with global interests. Tarche General develops power sources, appliances, devices, and more household items. Tarche Defense creates armaments for the American military and their allies. Tarche Aerospace builds aircraft for the air force and civilian travel. These divisions all started out after the industrial revolution to help America in their conflicts with secret ties to underground groups.
Finn was groomed to hate metahumans at an early stage in life. His parents disliked how they didn't have to work for anything and just made stuff appear or used their special abilities to gain power. He quickly became the next heir of Tarche Technologies when his parents retired. As a young heir of only 18, he was reckless in spending his fortune and took things for granted.
What tipped his perspective of metahumans over the edge was the destruction of New York. The metahumans left destruction in their wake during the hunt for Doctor Necrodium. Finn wanted to take his company in a new direction. With more super powered villains and renegades becoming common, the world needed a solution to keep them in check. That is why he brought together armaments from Tarche Defense, flight capabilities from Tarche Aerospace, and the power sources and tech from Tarche General.
He created the R-3T suit for the police to defend against the renegades and villains that threaten the city. Tarche Technologies faced a lot of controversy for starting an attack on the metahumans. Because of this controversy, the project was continued in secret tests until now. They used the armor on secret missions dealing with metahuman villains. The suit had close to 20 million American dollars put into its development.
Finn envisioned a squad of individuals wearing the armor in every police department. They could ward off villains and capture vigilantes without much trouble. Finn poured all his time and resources into building the armor. The R-6T showed great improvement over the original model with its new HUD system that made it easier for the wearer to activate weapons and other functions. With more cosmic level threats showing up, the R-6T Hyperion was made to venture out into space and fight against high level threats. The Hyperion armor could also be augmented to be a normal space suit.
Eventually, the R-10T was developed and claimed to have the perfect combination of non-lethal and lethal weaponry for metahuman combat. After insane tests on the R-10T, a new organization had to be formed to capture and eliminate metahumans. FAMCAN (Federal Agency of Metahuman Containment and Neutralization) was formed under Tarche Defense in the present day. This brings us to the perfected R-10T armor that is now being tested in urban areas by Finn himself to show that any officer with the smallest amount of training could use the armor to take on metahumans.
The Priority
1. Strength
2. Endurance
3. Reaction
4. Agility
The Powers
1. Technomancer- Finn is a wizard with technology. He is an inventor and can work miracles with computers. Cracking firewalls and cooking up solutions to mechanical problems are easy. He has several implants that work with the R-10T armor and other pieces of tech.
The Weaknesses
1. Human: Under the armor and weapons is a man that is flesh and blood. He has no durability without his gear.
2. Panic Attacks: With everything going on in his life (the weapons development, assassin's, and paperwork) he experiences panic attacks usually when he’s in combat without his armor.
3. EMPs- The implants he made are vulnerable to electromagnetic pulses like most electronics. The implants can self-repair from EMPs once after they are damaged by one.
The Items
1. R-10T Armor- The armor has a high durability and resistance to ballistic, electric, heat, and chemical-related attacks. It’s completely bulletproof. The armor also contains the power core that supplies all the armor’s functions. The armor greatly increases the wearer’s strength to be able to lift 900+ pounds and produce a punch that generates 1,100 PSI.
- Weaknesses:
- -Frost slows the armored joints. Below 10 degrees Fahrenheit and the joints will shatter when they are flexed. This would neutralize enhanced strength.
-The joints themselves are the armor's worst weakness. While the elbows, knees, and neck are durable, but the inner knee and inner elbow are not bulletproof.
-The aforementioned power source is vulnerable to electromagnetic pulse devices if they are strong enough. The core will shut down and take 10 minutes to reboot after being exposed to the EMP.
-The Power Core is exposed on the center of the chest. It is bullet resistant but any high powered round or explosive directly to the core will destroy it, depowering the suit until it can be replaced.
-Blunt force is another major weakness of any armor. Hammers bludgeons, and even just super-powered fists can cause some major damage.
-The armor doesn't allow for acrobatics and very complex movements, bringing hand to hand combat down to a boxing style of combat.
2. Propulsion- The R-10T armor allows for comfortable air travel at speeds of up to 240 mph through ion thrusters on the soles of the boots, on the back of the armor, and on the calves of the boots.
- Weaknesses:
- -Damage to even just individual thrusters cause an immense drop in speed. If 3 of the 6 thrusters are damaged, the suit will be unable to fly.
3. Advanced Weapons System- These are all the goodies! The arsenal is hidden beneath the chassis of the R-10T where they can pop out when the wearer wishes. The weapons are the following: stun baton, darts, projectile restraints, 5.56mm burst gun, explosive rounds for the same blaster, rubber bullets as well, a scattergun, tear gas dispensers, impact grenades, micro thrusters for moving objects, a Sonic blast, a high powered cutting laser, projectile taser, a photon projector beam, medical suture spray, liquid nitrogen cannons, projectile parachute launcher (for saving those who are falling), and a pulse blaster.
- Weaknesses:
- -EMPs will strip the weapons system down to just the tear gas dispensers and liquid nitrogen cannons.
-Projectile Taser has one set of barbs.
-The 5.56mm blaster has a round limit. 60 rubber 5.56mm rounds, 48 regular rounds, 12 explosive rounds.
-
4. HUD- The armor’s helmet has a Heads-Up-Display that shows information pertaining to the wearer's health, others’ health, matter make-up, a targeting system, different types of vision, and more general information. After fighting against someone, over time, the HUD will mark their moves making it easier to fight them.
- Weaknesses:
- -The armor's movement prediction can be stopped by breaking from routine. If you usually go for a left hook, go for a right kick.
5. R-10T Hyperion Armor- The Exosphere Armor allows Tarche to handle cosmic level threats at the cost of fewer weapons. The weapons in use are a high powered cutting laser, a concussive cannon, and an electric blast. The suit still has the HUD and a better propulsion system than the original armor. It can reach mach 2 in the atmosphere and has a max speed of 5.3 miles a second when in Earth’s orbit. The armor has a closed breathing apparatus with a 6-hour oxygen supply built in.
- Weaknesses:
- -The Oxygen Tanks can't fit under the suit, exposing them to the elements. Destroying to oxygen tank will lead to the wearer of the armor slowly suffocating.
6. Advanced Deployment System- The armor can be deployed from Tarche's custom vehicles or launched from a base.
The Minions
None
The Fluff
1. Photographic Memory: Finn can recall texts, faces, objects, etc. In great detail just by taking a quick glance at them.
2. Wealth- Tarche Technologies has several wealthy investors that help supply the company with cash for their creations. The company has a few dozen billion dollars in their pockets from their contracts with world governments.
3. Stubborn: When he wants something, he has to have it. At auctions, he raises his bid up to the millions at the very start! While being told to back off or stand down in combat, he has to finish the mission.
