He’s a crazy scientist who had the metagene in him since birth. The warhead or Radion despises heroes for their hypocrisy. Hurting the people with collateral damage. That’s why he goes after the filthy heroes that go around, leaving cities destroyed after single battles. He causes so much destruction, that he’s left metahumans with permanent injuries. Even regenerators have something to worry about. He tries to think how his enemies would in order to outsmart them. Also, he loves making monologues and praising "Mother Russia!" He values strength and courage over cowardice. He won't ever back down from a fight unless ordered to by a higher up. Some mistake his stubbornness for stupidity. However, Andrei is a relatively intelligent man, being a higher up part of the Russian government.



Andrei was the incredibly intelligent son of two scientists. Andrei had a hidden meta ability that wouldn’t be revealed until later in his life. He was a part of the Russian air force and was highly decorated. He became a government asset that led missions to bomb Russian targets. He eventually was given the clearance to view nuclear projects. One day, Andrei was given a prototype fighter that would be tested over the Kara Sea. They loaded him up with a nuclear bomb and he flew off to test the bomb in the Kara. There was a malfunction in the jet as he attempted to drop the bomb… Suddenly, the bomb detonated, vaporizing the jet before he could even contact his comrades.

However, below on the ground, there was a massive crater. Inside it, the pristine body of Andrei was shown. He climbed up from the rubble, his clothes and hair having been vaporized by the nuclear detonation. He was blasted from the explosion all the way south to Siberia. He didn’t feel any pain from the experience. When he looked down, his hands were glowing with a warped effect. He realized that he had metahuman abilities. He took some clothes in Siberia and began to leap, extremely high, dispersing energy as he jumped. He was like the heroes that were so prominent in America. When he got back to the Russian government, they did test after test to find that he had the metagene.

The Russians saw how useful he could be and tasked him with going to America to lower their defenses by taking down their heroes. After saving some people in his hometown, he was officially sent to America for the Russian’s dirty work. Andrei was put on a private jet to America with a new suit that could help him monitor his energy absorption. He became a Russian hero in propaganda, ready to beat down on some Americans. On some posters, he was seen crushing an American nuke in one hand and throwing down a Russian one on America.

1. Energy absorption- He can absorb electrical, radiant energy, thermal energy, and Solar energy (He won't just be impervious during the daytime. The Sun is far away enough to only slightly impact him.)

4. Energy blasts- He can release any energy that he absorbs from anywhere on his body. He can shock you with electricity, fire lasers, etc.

This is a plus and minus because he’s letting out the juices that power his abilities, but he’s kind of making a shield with the energy. So if he has electrical energy leaking off of him, people that touch him get shocked.

1. Hitting him hard enough can damage him. Blunt force is his major enemy
2. He can be overcharged if he takes in too much energy and explodes, releasing all absorbed energy in one massive blast
3. If his suit is destroyed or removed, he can’t control the energy how he wants, and it will go off sporadically
4. When he isn’t flying or traveling through conductive materials, he is actually very slow! He can't really run, as much as he can menacingly walk.
5. The less power he has, the lesser his durability. Therefore, when he hasn't absorbed energy, he has the durability of a normal human
6. Energy is constantly slowly seeping from his body since he can’t hold it forever.
