Arrowman has always been the optimist and creative one out of him and his brother, he believes that they could do anything together. Arrowman has always been a lot more Quiet around others outside of the costume, he's warm and approachable to everyone he meet and always trying to lighting the mood. Arrowman loves listening to his music thought his headphones. He haves fun doing what does, going after bad guys but fears loosing everyone he loves and cares about.


Dill grew up as a normal child with his brother in Sheffield till he was 15 where his parents gained a new job in new  York. He moved with his family to a new York from the uk. Since they got to New York Dilly been wanting to live on his own while going to the high school in the area and there they got him his own apartment after awhile of begging for years to have one so with the help with his brother, on his 16th birthday he was able to have his own small and cheep apartment that he could stay in while he goes to high school, while he was there he was watching a few superheroes fighting a villain and they inspired him to join them. He made a lot of his gadgets himself and took to the city to help anyone he can. He made his suit from an old jacket and a old mask, plus google to cover his eyes.

Since Arrowman is a human he can die like a normal human.


He has a small quiver that can carry up to 12 arrows of his choice and a sheath for him to store his bow in.

He has 5 normal Arrows and 6 trick arrows

He has 2 explosive arrows that he can use to create path ways and solve problems on the fly. The explosive are small and light so he is able to keep his speed. The explosives are detonate remotely though a small button on his bow but the trigger can be shorted out or the signal can be jammed. Arrowman could accidentally trigger the explosive if he isn't paying attention or holds his bow in the wrong way causing him to hit the button by accident, causing the arrows to explode when he doesn't want them to.

1 surveillance Arrow that he can use to listen into buildings and any nearby surroundings in a small reduce that he could hear though his headphones. This arrow has a small blinking light that could be spotted easily and makes a small noise that could be heard in quite rooms.


And 3 Taser that he can use to disarm and take down targets however, if they don't hit the target directly on impact they the trigger may not go off, causing the arrow to just bounce off the target. And anything above human durability isn’t hurt by the tasers.

Arrowman modified his jacket to wear he has  grappling hooks that he can deploy from his arm wrist, but since he made them they have a 75% chance of working correctly, if they don't work correctly then they could jam up what stops them from firing. He uses his grappling hooks to swing around the city.

Arrowmnan custom headphones plays music for him from songs that are from the 1960's to 1990's.
