Sun Wu-Kong is a good kid, in some aspects. He's extremely loyal to his friends, and believes in doing what is truly right...except when it comes to pranks, in which case, everyone is open game.
He is hyper competitive due to his upbringing, and finds himself trying to prove that he is truly better than all of those around him, and to be beaten in a challenge is worse than death.


Sun Wu-Kong was born of stone, brought to life by the Jade Emperor, and trained within his temple for eons. He was a disciplined, demon killing machine..or so he made it seem.
Once let loose, Wu-Kong did his best to complete his missions..killing the four dragon kings, defeating demons that threatened earth..wooing the ladies.
It was a cookie cutter life for a hero, until his rambunctious actions cost him his godhood.
During the night, Sun decided that it was time for the Emperor to feel his wrath, and before an important meeting, Sun slipped a Whoopie cushion underneath the pad of the Emperor's seat.
Without even a glance in his direction, Sun began to feel his powers strip away, his body began to fade, the world began to spin..where he woke up outside of a school in Vermont titled “The Infinity Academy”.

The god had been banished from his realm, and found himself inside of the body of a mortal, who had began to take on the likeness of a young Sun. The faithful day Sun awoke, was the day the two reached a perfect fusion of two minds.

Chi energy manipulation: Sun, regardless of being disgraced from God hood, still has his vast knowledge of chi energy, and is a master at manipulating it. With it, he can send out blasts of energy, engulf weapons and fists it it, create constructs, as well as use it to see the chi(life energy) of others.

Chi enhanced body: sun’s body flows with a powerful chi, allowing him to lift up to 2 tons, and run at 50 mph.

Master Martial Artist: Wu-Kong trained in the Jade palace for hundreds of years, mastering the art of many different martial arts, eastern in origin or not.

Skeleton key: sun can open any lock by touching his staff to it.

Master acrobat: Due to his form of a monkey, Wu-Kong is capable of great feets of acrobatics and parkour.

Sun can take on the aspects of a tortoise, which gifts him with increased durability, as well as the ability to deflect incoming damage back to the opponent.

The fox form allows Sun to become faster than his normal form could ever be, with the added effect of being able to go relatively invisible for brief amounts of time.

One of Wu-Kong’s favorite forms, he takes on the form of a tiger, increasing his strength, and exuding fiery chi, which allows him to burn whatever he touches.

The snake form is his agile form, allowing him to deftly dodge and react quickly, as well as poison opponents with his fangs and claws

Demon monkey: In order to fight his demonic opponents with ease, Wu-Kong committed one of his greatest sins; becoming one of them. When angered or harmed to a degree, Wu-Kong will let the demon out of its cage. When in this form, his abilities are all doubled in power due to the dark chi that oozes from him.


Emotional distress blocks Sun's chi,not allowing him to attack with all of his might.

Due to his overwhelming arrogance and inflated self image, Sun truly feels no fear(except in the case of water for some odd reason, but everyone has their quirks)

Human durability: Sun is a tricky monkey, but he's no better than a normal human.

Much like his staff, Sun, if doused with water from the Ganges river, will lose all of his powers until he is dry again.

Irrational fear of bodies of water: lakes, ponds, oceans, rivers and streams, Sun is utterly terrified of them for reasons he can't remember.

Holy energies have an extreme effect on Sun, especially due to his demonic side.

Egotistical: Sun believes he is gods gift to humanity, and that everyone not only loves him, but wishes to be him.

Daredevil: Sun can't fight or do anything without...a ton of flash added to it. Jump off a wall? Nope, he HAS to backflip.

Prankster: Sun has an insatiable thirst for pranks, which more often than not get him into trouble.

Sun’s tiger form is physically strong, but he is slow and not agile in the least bit.

When in his Tiger form, if Sun gets wet, he will begin losing strength.

Tortoise form is as durable as a tank, but is as slow as well..a tortoise. But regardless of his boundless durability, in this form he is weak to fire.

Snake form is agile, but lacks any semblance if strength, choosing to attsck weak spots..in addition, this form significantly slows down in the cold.

Fox form is speedy, but any direct hits will cause it extreme harm, and it's invisibility isn't all that absolute. It can be heard while running, and a trained eye could see it with ease.

In demon form, sun can't control who he attacks, is just in a blind rage.

Ruyi Jingu Bang: Sun’s signature staff which weighs weighs 200 tons to anyone besides sun, and can change in size from a 1 foot long staff, to a 20 foot pole, as well as diameter, from a normal 1 inch diameter to a 1 foot diameter. The staff is nigh-indestructible.(disclaimer: staff only weighs 200 tons when not being held by Sun. Once he is holding it, the staff weighs as much as a normal one would at whatever size it grows to: maxing out at about 300 pounds)


But it does have its weaknesses..it's:
-Weak to dragon fire

-Weak to holy energies,
and can not harm holy materials.

-As well, Speaking Sanskrit will cause it to revert to a small staff.

-And If doused by water from the Ganges river, it will shrink to a pin size.

-Finally, While using demon form, sun can't even lift the staff, due to being unworthy.

With it also comes some limitations: if Sun were to make the staff have a 1 foot diameter, it could only grow 10 feet long. At this point, it would also be quite hard for him to swing.
