Isaac is not a young, and he's not an old man. He's a man who looks to be in his early forties, a stern serious man with a usual air of seriousness about him. Despite that sternness about him he is a rather good looking man. The gray hair on his head gives him a rather...mature charm. He doesn't have a beard, but he keeps a nicely trimmed five o'clock shadow. He is really good shape, he had money for the best personal trainers, and he has an image to keep up. He is almost always in his business regalia, a grayish suit with a red tie. In his home, he usually in a robe or some other form of comfort clothes. In social events he usually wearing one his designer suits, always top of the line. He's dressed for his part in society, and he means to stay that way.

When he goes out to perform his serial killing, Isaac likes to wear a hooded jacket (beneath which he wears a bulletproof vest), a pair of pants, running shoes, and a mask that depicts the Lady of Justice.



There is an order and chain of command in this world. It must be upheld and protected. People need to know their place and where they belong. Isaac grew up on this belief. He had always been a big picture kind of guy, always a plot, always something up his sleeve. Through cunning and manipulation, he brought himself to a point where he could better manage this world order. It went against his philosophy to do so, but…it had to be done. Sometimes adults need to do things they disapprove of, but it was needed.
Because of Isaac’s belief he is a very cold and only has personal and meaningful relations with people who he considers to be his equal. Anyone else is just an asset, something to be used for his own gain. To him, it’s their place to do so and they should be happy there. It’s what they were born into and it is where they should stay. He doesn’t have the time or patience for games or shenanigans, there is work to be done.
However…he does take joy in righting the wrongs of the people who try to escape their position in society. He has developed a rather strong love in delivering justice to those idiotic few who try to break out of their roles. By hanging them. While some may call it serial killing…he calls it keeping the balance.




Isaac wasn't really anyone until he began working for an Arms Company. He started low in the chain, just a manager at one of the factories, overseeing the manufacture of weapons and the staff there. He hated every moment of it, being surrounded by people low in the chain of society. He couldn't maintain order with his current standings.  Thus begun his climb to the top. He performed a hostile takeover of the Arms Company and within a span of two years he managed to climb to the top of it. He renamed his new company the Silver Bullet Company and worked hard to become a renown source of weaponry for any willing to pay. He married a woman by the name of Colleen, and while he had a dislike of her, he was quite fond of her parent's mining company. It was an arranged marriage that worked in his favor, gaining access to their mines for his weapons. From there...his company kept growing and growing. He engaged in several shadier deals, not really caring who he dealt with, so long as they knew their place and had the money to pay. If they didn't know their place and wanted weapons...well, they'd still get them...the weapons just wouldn't work as well. He still had a duty to society to keep people where they were.

During his climb to the top of his Company he also engaged in rather important pass time. Anyone he found that didn't know their place in society he'd...change that. He engaged in killing anyone, almost always by hanging, who tried to go beyond what they were. Who tried to climb that ladder that shouldn't even exist in the first place. Yes! He became a serial killer, and while he hasn't been discovered yet, the media has dubbed him the Hangman, for his numerous hangings. He'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy this part of his life. He wasn't one for pass times, but this...this was really thrilling, and his mind he was doing good work. To this day he continues his killing spree, his current kill count at twenty-five confirmed kills, but he knew that number was much closer to the seventies. Only time will tell if he goes unpunished for these actions...

1) He has no powers, he is a human.



1) He is just human with no real resistances or abilities, anything that could kill a human normally can kill him.



1) Money! Isaac, being the head/CEO of one of the top weapon dealing companies, has a great deal of money. It doesn't surprise anyone that he is a billionaire.

2) Weapons! Being the head of a weapon's company, Isaac does have a great deal of armory and weapons at his disposal. There is nothing of major power, like lasers or nuclear weapons, but his company does make the higher quality, military grade weaponry. Personally, when he is at home or at work, he carries a revolver (an old hand-me-down) that has been modified to be slightly more powerful and efficient to keep up with more modern weaponry.
When Isaac is out performing his...serial killing, he carries a regular handgun (something anyone could get), a large pocketknife, and a noose so he can hang his victims.

3) A dog whistle. With this dog whistle Isaac can call upon his wife at anytime he may need her, whether for protection or to send her out on another job. The whistle more or less functions like a regular dog whistle, but it has a transmitter inside which is connected to a listening device inside his wife's earrings.




Around his home and his business Isaac has hired a decent sized force of bodyguards/patrols, however they are just human and only possess normal weapons.



He is married to Colleen Silverstein and wears a gold wedding band around his ring finger (though he tries to take it off as much as possible). He never ever associates himself with lower class people, he is too far above them to even talk with them. He has people for that.
He is also very very possessive. If he owns something, if anyone tries to take or harm one of his possessions then that is a direct attack on him and he will not rest until that person pays for whatever they did. He will not accept anything less than that person's suffering.



It was close to midnight now...maybe even past midnight? Isaac wasn't sure. He had left his watch with his regular, day to day clothing. though, the time didn't really matter at all. He was close to his target. He was close to that son of bitch...that sick son of a bitch who thought that he could get away with trying to overcharge Isaac for washing Isaac's car. He didn't respect Isaac. He didn't understand how far above Isaac was compared to himself and that...that would just not do. There was an order in this world. A high order that needed to be maintained no matter what.

He went up the stairs of the shabby apartment building and to door...Two Twenty-Nine. That was it. He was sure of it. That was that bastard's room number. It didn't take much digging to find that out. A simple bribe here, a few questions there, and he had what he needed. He put his hand to the door and turned the knob. It was unlocked. Of course it was unlocked. The man inside was an idiot who couldn't even tell when he was outclassed. He stepped into the small living and almost recoiled at the smell. By normal standards, it wasn't bad, it was rather undetectable, but for Isaac...it was...repulsive. He didn't want to spend anymore time in this house than he needed.

His luck continued when he heard the snores of that lumbering oaf. He was loud and annoying like a troll or some other sort of fantasy bullshit. He made his way passed the shoes and the dusty carpet to the backroom and went inside. There...the man was sleeping peacefully. He had no right be sleeping this well...not after what he did. Isaac shook his head and gritted his teeth. This bastard really thought the world of himself, and Isaac was going to change that. He set down his bag and began to big through quietly. After a few moments he pulled out a long noose and looked back to the bed.

The man was still asleep...he was still tucked under those blankets. Isaac approached the bed, noose ready. It was always easy to kill a man his sleep. After ten minutes, Isaac had finished his deed. The man had woken up and tried to struggle, but it didn't take much to put him, to strangle him, wrap the noose around his neck, and then hang him in the closest. It was just as Isaac wanted it. Quick and easy. A job like this shouldn't even have to be a thing...people should know their place. Until people learned, though, Isaac would have to continue to intervene. Oh well...such is his life. A protector of order.
