OPEN Normal night in New York

New york. A city filled with crime, corruption and all sorts but in an alleyway deep in the city a group of thugs was robbing an atm machine.  How long? One of them stated, scanning the area around him. The night was cold and dark a bit too quite for New York.   Not long at all, just a few more minutes. Another said. From on top of a roof a figure could be seen watching and waiting for the right moment to strike.   Well, this should be fun. He chuckled before clicking a button on his headphone to play "rubberband man" as he jumps down to take down the thugs.
Hey guys!. Arrowman said before kicking the nearest thug next to him before shooting him the head and runs over to the rest, taking  the rest of the thugs out one by one and dancing along to  Rubberband man.
