Asha's Inferno [Seraph/Superboss]

Arthur stared at the pay stub he had been given. He was given very simple instructions. Show me what you got. He felt a prick at his neck when he did so, and turned around to see why he had been pinched but saw nothing. Ever since he and his Griefers had been given this money, he had felt like he was going insane. Whatever. The trap was built. The target was picked. Now he just had to find her.

Arthur glared out at his project, he would need to be hesitant. Usually he would send out a Griefer to do this in his guise. But Arthur knew that the mysterious benefactor would be displeased by any such tomfoolery. He stroked his beard and began pondering what to do. That's when he thought of something. It would be so very risky, but... yes. It would work.

[ 1 hour later ]

Arthur was being pinned against the wall by a particularly rough hooligan. The young man had been walking down the street when out of nowhere, he just became angry at Arthur. His hand held a dagger so fast that it was almost not even fair. Arthur had started to call for help as he waited for an angel. Someone to help him get this thug off of him.

Asha drifted through the city of Denver Colorado for a good while, fascinated by its sights and sounds. Being that she was quite obscenely old and had been to so many planets, the mountains, though beautiful, were not as new to her as the Earth's cultures and people and histories, and thus, she found herself drawn to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science Exhibitions, though, she was sad to see that they were closed due to something about renovating their caveman exhibit...

Asha shrugged to herself. It was getting late anyway, so the museum wouldn't have been open for very long anyhow... Besides she...

She paused and shuddered. There was an odd shift in the aura of the place. A sudden wave of anger had shook her from somewhere, though she wasn't sure where exactly other than the general direction of the feeling's point of origin, so she drifted in that direction.

Eventually, she found that a man was apparently pinned against the wall by another man... And the other man seemed to be armed as well with a primitive stabbing implement.

Asha yelped a bit in spite of herself as he raised the weapon to strike at the man, before raising her arm as a tiny bit of herself shot into the weapon and it was yanked from his hand into the air, pointing back at him now.

She didn't intend to harm the man, only scare him. Hopefully, the former would not be necessary, and the latter would win over the man's apparently erratic emotions.

The mans weapon was yanked back and shoved back at his own throat. Arthur, not expecting this, angrily kicked the man in the shin. Before realizing the angel had arrived.

Arthur smirked inside as he told the man to go on, and much more quietly to head back and prepare. The man ran off before Arthur could so much as finish his angry rant he had been preparing. He then turned to Asha and smiled widely.

"Thank you, kind hero! I would love to kindly repay you, my friend. If you do not mind! I do not have much in the way of money, though perhaps if you would walk me home I could repay you with a hot meal, no?" Arthur asked in his saturated Russian accent.

Asha's glow turned a pinkish color for a second as she responded to the man who was now out of harms way: "Of... Ofcourse." She said, unable to bring herself to tell the man that she didn't actually eat things the way that humans did.

"Lead the way then?" Asha suggested, her aura returning to its usual bright blue.

As they moved to head in the direction of the man's home, she could recall the part of herself that was in the knife, causing it to fall to the ground behind them.
