Con-Man, Sleazeball, Genius, manipulative bastard, all these terms could be placed onto Arthur. And they’d fit. Arthur is exceptional at getting to understand his target. This allows him to shift from persona to persona without any noticeable issue.

Arthur - despite being a villain - is known for being strangely fair. There’s always a trick to beating his traps, and Arthur won’t cheat unless you choose to do so yourself.

Arthur cares little for human, robotic, or animal life. He just wants to see the game played.

Arthur is a man of good humor and will usually have a smile on his face, even in the midst of competition. Though he is very competitive.



Arthur Vasilev was a very prominent Russian roboticist in his day. Arthur from a young age always knew that he wanted to usher in the future. But he found out quickly that he wouldn’t be able to with all the geniuses in the world. The future had already arrived by the time that he even discovered his talents with robotics. It meant that he would have to work even harder to try and revolutionise the industry.

So he worked his ass off to prove his worth. And he did. His first success in a robotics, was a machine he called 01. It wasn’t a super-AI like he had been attempting, rather just a chatbot. But for the time; it was incredible progress.

Arthur went to school with a major in robotics, and a minor in architecture. Mastering both of these with relative ease and getting hired right out of college by Disney, who saw the raw potential in the young man.

He would work at Disneyland, in the imagineering department and created a simple slug AI. It wasn’t much, but it ate like a real slug, it moved like a real slug, and it would even leave behind slime like a real slug. It was to date, the most realistic robot animal Disney had ever seen.

Arthur would then get funding and began working on creating more life-like AI. Rabbits that acted like rabbits, flys that acted like flys, venus flytraps to get rid of the fly robots. He actually worked as the most valuable Imagineer disney had ever had.

The extreme success went to Arthurs head though, and when he was fired after an incident where one of his “beta” robot humanids ended up killing a young man, he began working for the mafia to create criminals that wouldn’t immediately get killed in a firefight with the cops. This is where he learned of his powers to persuade people and became a much more charming individual.

Arthur attempted to use his robots to assassinate a potential opponent in his electoral goals. But sadly, the robot was easily linked back to him and he went to prison for 20 years. All of his robots were destroyed, even the ones disney owned for fear of being tied with a supervillain - especially so directly.

In the events of the superhuman breakout in New York, in which the Immortal Martyr broke himself out of prison using the powers of Atlas; Arthur escaped and began work on becoming the new premiere Assassin for villains, rich folk, and politicians alike.

In addition, he is also a fantastic architect and can recognize any weaknesses inside of a structure, and fix them. As well as design buildings most humans could naught but dream of.

Connection - Arthur can connect people with him, allowing him even better control over them and their emotions. Arthur usually does this instinctively upon meeting a person, though exceptions apply. (Permission Based)

Suggestion - Arthur can command people to do what he wants, by overpowering their will with his own. Arthur does this by speaking his command out loud and sending a telepathic command through their connection. (Permission based)



Human - Arthur is entirely human, and an older man at that. Arthur will not be capable of even enduring but a single shot without some sort of protection.

Surprise - Arthur relies fairly heavily on his empathic ability. If you can overtake it; he will be quite surprised and caught unawares for a moment.

No Wi-Fi - Arthur relies on his programming to take care of what he needs it to take care of. It’s almost impossible to send commands remotely. This is to avoid hackers, but it also means he has to rely on a very human like programming that could easily be turned on him.

Semi-Blind - Arthur has a difficult time seeing close up without corrective vision-wear. This causes him to lose the ability to dodge if it's within a certain distance range. Usually 3 - 4 feet from his face without his glasses.
