Kinsey, even though she is on the wrong side of the law, is a kind individual. She has a soft spot for the defenseless, which is the root of all her villainy. She is highly energetic, and extremely loud mouthed, known for spouting her opinion without even being prompted to. She is highly open about her powers, and refuses to wear a disguise.

Kinsey was the laughing stock of her younger years. Consistently bullied for her looks, and loudmouthed personality. She grew bitter towards society quite quickly, becoming a recluse. It wasn't until she was cornered in an alley way by fellow classmates, and beaten that her powers manifested. With the creation of a small blade of light,  Kinsey slaughtered the students. Since then, she has taken to beating and or killing bullies, stealing money for those in need and causing havoc across the city by destroying magazine ads that cause the masses to feel poorly about themselves.

Super Speed: Kinsey can currently run around mach 3, and is capable of running up walls, across water, and inverted for very short amounts of time.

Light Constructs: Kinsey can create objects of hard light, ranging from melee weapons, projectiles, walls and stairs to somewhat more complicate things like whips, armor or wings.

Superhuman Stamina: Kinsey is able to run for extremely long periods of time without growing tired.

Superhuman regeneration: Kinsey can recover from things such as broken bones in a fraction of the time as a normal human, large cuts only take days, and smaller cuts mere hours.

Speed Perception: While running, everything moves at a slower rate.

Superhuman reflexes: Kinsey is able to react and dodge bullets shot from as little as 5 feet away.

Speed durability: When running, their durability increases, allowing them to survive slamming into objects or punching at full speed without shattering their arm.

Traction: Kinsey's feet have developed a greater grip due to the meta gene, allowing her to take tight turns at high speeds.

Extreme metabolism: With quick speeds, come fast metabolisms. Kinsey must consume triple what most individuals need.

Kinsey loses all senses except sight when she begins to run.

When not running, Kinsey is as squishy as any other human.

Kinsey glows when she begins to run, and leaves a trail of light behind her when she runs, causing her to lose any essence of stealth.

Shoes: Kinsey's traction is entirely dependent on her bare feet being on the ground. Shoes will cause her to slip easily.

Slippery surfaces: while they may not be as much of a problem for her as it does for others, she can't change direction on them and may slip.

Near sighted: Kinsey requires glasses or contacts to be able to see further than 10 feet clearly.

Scatterbrained: Kinsey's mind moves at a million miles an hour, causing her to have a hard time concentrating on anything outside of herself.

Caffeine/sugar sensitivity: even something as small as a piece of chocolate will put Kinsey over the edge and not be able to stay calm.

Light constructs can be shattered if struck hard enough, or often enough.

Constructs require a certain level of concentration to create.

Light constructs not connected to Kinsey will dissipate quickly.

Bullies: the sight of bullying makes Kinsey sick to her stomach, and must be stopped at all costs.

Speed resistant clothes:
Kinsey comissioned a pair of under armor type clothes that could resist the heat of her running so that she wasn't constantly naked.

Prescription Goggles: As the name implies, these are a pair of goggles with prescription lenses.


Kinsey's constructs can be created in any color she chooses.

Kinsey eyes were also effected by the meta gene, causing them to shift colors to match her mood.
