Too comical for his own good, it throws you off because his voice is so calm, soothing, and monotone. Almost as if he says everything literally which is the problem. Normally those who hear him say a joke, are unable to tell if he's serious or not. Most of the time it's just a joke. Getting past his comical side, he's seen as very cautious and even thoughtful.  But his true personality lies within his work, he enjoys inventing things that others would never dream of. A true lover of his work, he spends all the time he has formulating new equations and inventions.

One thing he's known for is cautious as well, always planning two steps ahead. There is rarely any situation he hasn't already calculated and planned for accordingly.

The head developer,researches, and scientist of the "Facility." Getting his own recognition for creating some of the high tech weaponry that the government uses today. Even though he lade off weapon development as he feared it would only spark more competition and war. He branched over into studying dna and what made humans and meta humans tick. Finding a new love for parts of the DNA structure. His studies however did not go unnoticed and the government forced him to lead the Meta-Breed Program, even though it was against his will to do such a thing secretly he enjoyed the challenge.

As most other parts of his history are unknown, he's always been shown to have remarkable results. Even though most labeled him as a weirdo due to his sufficient intelligence. He admits that he has his moments, and that Keshawn who later got to be known as the Hooded spider. Was one of his greatest creations. Over time though he began to agree the same as Keshawn did, that the rise in meta humans were a problem. He was going to take it in on his own hands to find a way to fix ti, so that the world and return to the way it once was before all this chaos happened. The word needed balance, so it was his turn to rise up as some would say and become a god to man. Leading for him to go into the "Pure Justice Plan." Something he will reveal on a later date.

The ultimate intelligence:
He doesn't know how exactly, but Matheus has somehow achieved the up most intelligence that a being can processes. Causing most to believe that his mind could lead the world into a new age. Not to get confused with some saying that he "knows everything." He's just extremely smart to the point where things he don't know about, or confuses him he's able to connect things together "figure it out." Even formulate several options why.

Absolute control:
Due to his large mind, he's able to instantly perceive what is an illusion and what is real. Even completely eliminating the chances of being mind controlled.


Light Sensitivity:
Due to his mind processes information at a faster rate, it tends to cause him to react to  things on a much larger scale. Like a flash grenade would have twice the effect on him, as his mind and eyes will process it so fast that the effects double.

Headaches:
By the chance someone could actually stump Matheus with a question, he will suffer from tremendous headaches as his mind searches for a solution.

Light refracting shades:
Large goggles mounted on his face that balances out any light that makes his way to his eyes. Making it so that even the greatest amount would alter and dim to the point where he could even look at the sun for hours. It does the same for darkness, whichever direction he is looking it will brighten up the darkness to visability. The user has no control over it, as it's panted on the sides of Matheus's head it reads his brainwaves that travels to his eyes. Making them that are too bright, darker and things that are too dark brighter.

Weakness: They are pretty fragile, so a well aimed strike could shatter or crack the glasses.

Untraceable communicator:
A cell phone of his own design that constantly alters the relay of his calls every split second. Making his phone calls untraceable. No one can even call him unless they have one of the phones that he created and handed off to his friends. Like Keshawn. It has a voice over self destruct call that can be operated at any times of the day.

Weakness: The phone can not be used to call any other services like authorities or police etc, it can only contact the other phones laced with it.

Hologram cube:
A tiny cube, about the size of the sugar cube that has more complicated functions than how it looks. Once tossed, on the ground it will project a perfect hologram of Matheus or anyone that it scans. Without showing line light lines or anything. It even replicates sounds so when the hologram steps, it will make the sound of that person's footstep to a perfect degree.
Weakness: It does however has a time limit on the duration and once it shuts down it will take some time to recharge. It is capable of responding to simple minded questions, but anything to advanced would really give it away and cause the cube to shut down.

Tangency Pill:
If intimidated enough he will take a pill that makes him intangible for a limited amount of time. Attacks passing through him, however he has enough knowledge to limit it. So that he doesn't just phase carelessly through the ground, but he's able to pass through walls.

Weakness: It takes time to digest and go into effect, so properly being able to time it makes it a hassle.

Multi-use Wireless controller:
A special device of Matheus design, one of his greatest inventions. Using a hidden hacking module capable of nanosecond infiltration, this device is single handily able to activate any system the user thinks of. By channeling into the user's thought waves after they press the button, the remote is able to use that contact to read the user mind and quickly relay it into hacking/activating whatever they want to use. For example he would have the control pointed towards the tv and simply think of wanting to turn it on,  the think about turning the alarm system on and it will do just that, then turn off the fire alarms etc. Even doing things as activating a push to start car and opening the door for a quick get away.

He carries it at all times, and it has a sensor so that only his thumb can make it function.
Weakness: It does however have a limit, it  can only be used a certain amount of times back to back as there is a time frame from when you can use it again. Mostly thirty seconds between each press, breaking that boundary would make the next time it can be used twice as long. So two back to back, would  result in a minute long wait, so on and so forth.

M-Lab:

An entire lab run by Professor Matheus himself, that and several robotic machines of his own design that inhabit it and can be activated and controlled with his remote or voice activated and controlled. The numbers of machines far exceeds in the hundreds, each robot serving it's on specific task. It is hidden with a cloaking device and signal scrambler, making other traces of it almost impossible. Underground it can be found by following a secret passage in the underground tunnles that also hidden by a harden hologram. This is where the magic happens and where Matheus most likely resides.


He has a weird habit of of wiggling his left index finger, so many things formulating in his mind that he's uneasy at times.
