Which type of character should I make?

So I have this character, and he's a new one. I got a lot of ideas for him and I can't really pick one. I'm gonna attach a poll that will give others the option to choose what they think we could see some of and it would be slightly interesting.
Some background information, this is a kid and he will be joining the runaways, but depending upon his backstory depends on what kind of powers he's got. The common themes of his background are...

- His father is an incredibly successful villain, despite being incredibly campy.
- His mother is no longer in the picture. Depending upon the backstory any number of things could happen
- He is bilingual (Speaks two languages)
- He has an affinity for utilizing puns whenever he sees the opportunity.
- He has a crippling fear of snakes due to a traumatic event in his past.
- He has a very weak moral compass, which can be used against him.

Just gonna point this out..... but stealing a villains tech means the tech is probably not something a Hero would use....

Unless literally everything this villain uses is 100% lethal, I'd imagine its perfectly fine
