A "Spark" of genius

Hi there, person reading this. I am the person writing this and I am here to tell you all about Spark.

Spark is a drug created by a scientist known only as Prometheus. It is used to give humans SUPERPOWERS this nifty little pill unlocks genetics inside of you, the reader, and gives you the ability you would've been born with if you had been born with these genetics already unlocked! This essentially gives you access to powers you didn’t know you had!

Unfortunately, users tend to complain that Spark only lasts 24 to 84 hours, unless the “Spark Up” again. This can lead to overdoses.

Overdosing on spark as a normal human is no big deal, your newly found power might increase, and the risk for death is higher. But you shouldn't be much worse off than if you overdose on other drugs without the neat side effects.

Unfortunately, overdosing as a meta is much worse, as it increases any power you have to an insane level, causing you to lose control where you might already have had none to very little control. This, is not a good thing. As a meta, it is your responsibility to use Spark safely.

For plot purposes: Sure.

As discussed on discord, I really don't want to see this drastically increasing meta-human's powers to have a max range of up to 3 miles - that's ridiculous.
