He left his nest when he was 14 days old, when he was 18 days old he found Ray, they bonded immediatly.

Flies: He can fly up to the sky.
Energetic: With bursts of energy he is able to evade most hits and travel smal distances almost instantly
Sneaky: Being so small it's really hard to find this fellow.
Oil feathers: His feathers are imbued with natural oil, which makes it harder for him to get wet.

The Weaknesses

Small Bird: a punch can kill him.
Bonded: This bird bonded with Ray and can not stand to be alone, he will actively seek Ray no matter what, making tracking him easy.
Weak: Can't inflict damage.
Water: If Tito does get wet, flying will be hard, thus reducing his speed a huge amount.
The power of willpower: Tito is his own fellah, charismatic and funny, you know him, so he won't follow every order, he'll just follow those he wants.
