He has a roundish face with freckles , and his hair is cut short, and spiky. He wears  dark blue work jeans that are in good condition besides for obvious fraying on the pocket line and the bottom part of the ankles. He wears boots, work boots, that are steeled toe'ed  and laced up, there is dirt and mud usually covering them, making them look black with brown patches instead of just black. He also wears on occasion a pair of old shoes, the strings are frayed and the right shoe has a hole near the big toe. He normally wears a plain red tea-shirt but has been know to wear a black turtle neck, and/or a heavy hoodie sweat shirt with a work vest over it. When he smiles, its kinda haunting. He is thin, almost starved, his eyes hold that look of hunger in them

The Bogeyman looks exactly the same, feature wise, but is different. The eyes turn purple, and his teeth grow sharper along with his nails, almost into claws and fangs. He wears a top hat along with a suit (His suit is green) . He has a cape that flows in the back, flaring out dramatically at the shoulders (kinda like Dr. Strange's cloak). He has a mask, a jester mask , with one side smiling, the other frowning, one side orange, the other green. His smile is now very haunting. He also now has penny loafers, looking to be made out of nice swade blue. His eyes give off a sense of madness.

Rory is optimistic, thinking that anything could be worse, even if it can't be, and takes heart in seeing hope in a bad situation. Though he isn't usually happy, he pretends to be. He does his best to help and be kind, he doesn't suspect a reward. He views the world in a black and white light, your either against him, or with him. He is willing to do anything to help a friend, but he  hates his enemies with a passion. He is emotional, like a man without rest, and his mood change can be quite extreme. Though, he seems to try and avoid this, no mater how hard it is. Rory is blunt and doesn't lie, to anyone. He tends to be on the quite side and doesn't speak much.

The Bogeyman, is Rory's alternate personality, and he's completely bonkers. He is completely focused on what drove Rory to switch to him, be it out of anger or hate, pain, or hunger.  He doesn't care for anything else, except for things or people that can help Rory, or things that get in the way of his objective. He tends to be cheery, when he gets angry, he keeps calm, entering  a calm/happy anger. He treats Rory's friends as his own, but same as Rory, either with you or against. He is blunt and doesn't lie, though he manipulates his words. Is extremely chatty, likes to make puns and jokes


Rory grew up as a orphan and was taken in to a farm as an farm work, while he was there, he studied so he can get a good job and be accepted by society. By the age of 16, he sent himself off to school, taking the wages that he earned form the owners of the farm. When he arrived, he slowly started to notice, that food wasn't making him feel full. He kept this hidden, not wanting to be a freak. Soon, he found that he was starving, and no amount of food could sustain him. He started to get restless, not knowing how to sustain himself. People he thought as friends began to leave him out of fear of what he was going through, when that happened, he felt...full. He didn't understand, why when people left him, he felt full. But it didn't last long, the hunger was soon upon him. He went to a hospital, but they said nothing is wrong with him, he just needs to eat more, but food couldn't sustain him?!

He was laying in the dormitory of his school, hungry, unable to stop this pain, almost mad from it, when he heard a chuckle. He raised his head weakly and saw a dark figure, he couldn't see his face, but he could see his teeth.

"Poor child, your so hungry, yet you don't know how to eat, here, let me help you."  The room went black, when he opened his eyes, he was in an ally way. Two thugs, laying limp, their faces frozen in fear. He quickly made sure they were alright, they were still breathing, but they were in a coma like state. He quickly left, un-sure what happened, but full. He went back, determined to find out what the heck happened. He found a note on his dorm pillow, it only had numbers...ah! It says library on the card, which means the numbers  must lead to a book. Sure enough, he found a book with the numbers...and it was titled "Creatures of the Night.". He opened it up, confused. Until he got into a section about Boegy men. Thats when it all came back to him, the dark figure merged with him, a voice echoed in his head as he lay there, suddenly in agony. "Ah, my time is up young one, you now hold the mantle, you are now the Boegy man." He saw himself change, giggling, as he smelled the air, smelling something good, coming from out the window, he walked towards it...then went through some dark thing, he was then walking in darkness, little bubbles  floating around him.  He sniffed again, smelling that same smell, he went towards it until he came across a bubble with an ally way. In this bubble were two guys, talking and trading something. He entered the bubble, emerging in the ally way.

The men trading pot turned as a figured came out from the darkness...dressed in some suit, and laughing, they pulled guns, when it suddenly pulled a flamer and soon they were covered in fire. It hurt, it was painful, the flames burnt, he saw the thing grab his drug dealer by the head as it stared into its eyes, the drug dealer went limp with a sudden scream, the thing dropped the dealer and starting walking towards him, he went the run, but his legs were melted he turned as the thing grabbed him and looked him in the eyes. He then went to a horrible place as he screamed in his worst nightmare.

Nightmare Illusion- He can create anything, be it a gun, or a creature out of the his own mind, but its an illusion, the trick with this thou is that if the people around it believe that its real, then its real to them and causes them harm. The harm directly affects the brain as long as the illusion persists, the type of harm is an increase of fear and a decrease of strength.

Nightmare takes shape- With enough power, he can make his illusions become reality temporary. So that illusion gun he just made, its now real, and fires real bullets. The damage still works the same. Takes some power to make real

Your worst nightmare- He can warp himself to become the person's worst nightmare, gaining what ever it is abilities and combining it with him. Only works if the person is really scared of him.

Nightmare Kung Fu- He can use his claws and teeth in some strange martial art, his body can also stretch, making his reach double length.

Nightmare Resistance- Things that are un-magical, or don't have emotions of love and/or happiness in them, have no effect on him. He will heal any damage for magical effects if he has enough food to survive on
The Nightmare Realm- Thoughs who are incapacitated he can feed on, by dragging them partially into his realm, he gets a major amount of power back when this happens. Leaving the victim in a comatic state for 1-3 hours due to fear overdose. CAN ONLY WORK IF VICTIM IS ALSO OK WITH IT!
Nightmare smell- Can smell fear and terror, Love and happiness smell rotten to him (Not everyone is afraid of him)

The Illusion issue- If less then 90% of the people seeing the illusion don't believe it, then it dosn't work at all, it just becomes a semi faint thing that dosn't affect anyone what so ever.
The hunger- He survives off of Fear and Terror, and anything he uses takes up Fear and Terror, if said emotion isn't available, then he can't last long nor will he able to use a lot of his abilities. And its the primary power source of his powers.
Not really strong- He isn't really super strong, so his actual force is quite low (Though his weapons are sharp)
Love and happiness are death- Anything magical can affect him as normal, but anything with love or happiness really, really hurts him (life silver for werewolves). And he can't heal it easily, if he takes enough damage or contact from such a thing (Even a hug can do him in) he will turn back to normal, unconscious.
Happiness back fire- When he tries to feed off  of some one who is happy it will instead daze him for a bit and drain him of power.

The mad suit- A suit made from Nightmare power and into reality.

Anyone who can sense magical beings feels an aura of dread and fear radiating around him, though's who can't feel a sense of dread.

Rory walks down the street, heading back to the dorm, his stomach rumbling. He holds it and winces. He sniffs the area, smelling fear from a man down the street. The man seems to be being picked on by  a thug as the thug drags him into an ally. Rory grits his teeth in anger, black spots appearing before his eyes. He holds his head for a moment, trying not to wobble. It wouldn't be good to go crazy in the middle of the street.

After the black spots disappear, he runs after the thug, his stomach growling louder, the pain from hunger growing worse. He sees the thug holding a knife to the mans  throat as the man, out of fear, sweat dripping down the poor mans face, shakily  holds out his wallet. Rory holds his head, as his vision goes back. He couldn't take it anymore, the hunger was just to much, along with the emotion of anger.

The thug turns as he hears laughter to a man looking down, the thug curses, he was spotted, and starts walking over to the laughing guy after taking the mans wallet. "Yo man, you think this funny? I'm going to beat the shit out of you, and take your wallet to punk." He says as he raises his knife threateningly. Rory begins to grow as a new set of clothes begins to cover him. The thug eyes open wide as he backs away, feeling a slight twinge of regret, messing with this guy. He gulps and goes to leave as a hand  grabs him.

"Exxxxxcuse me, but where are you going? Didn't you want to beat my face in?" The Thug turns, turns to see the face of a snarling wolf. The Thug screams as it chomps down on his arm,  How the hell  did he grow a wolf face, wouldn't of seen the snout? Maybe its a werewolf, oh god it hurts. The things tears into his arm as the thug falls backward, shacking all over and peeing his pants as the thing jumps on top of him. and grabs him by the head "Look into my eyes, you wouldn't want to miss your date, hahahahaha!" the thing says as he looks into the things eyes, and falls into hell.

Comment: However, it'd look a lot cleaner if you shift around the words instead of numbering next to the list.

Comment: You need to make Nightmare Realm permission based. Meaning, you would need to get OOC approval to let your character take others into the realm. The Nightmare sense/smell thing can be an RP mechanic so long as you aren't saying everyone is afraid of you and letting other people state that in their own posts. Other than that, you're good.
