After reading this thread, I'm sure your interest in Thrones has either peaked, or dwindled.
Let's see what you're made of.
Before continuing on and filling out your application, I seriously do advise you read the rules.
If that is all; I am going to give you the template to fill out so that you may reply for a position in Thrones.

I view it as a growing opportunity. For the world more so than myself. And organization such as this would be a grand statement to the rest of this reality.
~This would be some great character development for Vermillion, I haven't RPed as him as much as I have my other characters. He isn't much of a fighter but one that can lead and endure the test of time and most everything else, quite literally too.
How will you be a service?

I have a position in the United States Government and access to an impressive fortune. My wealth of knowledge and experience will surpass anyone on this rock. I have seen things, and been through things that some may find hard to believe. I have fought along side some of the greatest leaders that history has seen...
~His wealth of not only money but knowledge as well would be extremely helpful to any organization really. Being alive for over 700 years kind of puts a lot of experience under your belt.

No, I have served on this planet for a great number of years. Taking orders from anyone lesser than myself would be an insult to my very existence. I can however tolerate and respect those of equal stature.
~Vermillion being as old and as wise as he is feels that he deserves to give people orders. He even feels that his position as a California Senator is dragging him down. Most all of the other positions have to do with guarding others and going on missions, but due to his abilities and out his powergrid is set up it wouldn't be too practical for him to be in a lower ranking.

IC: I want to join because I understand that there is a need for order and also an equal need for liberation in this society. I also think that this organization could eventually make a huge difference in the world.
OOC: I think this would be an amazing opportunity for character development. Plus, this organization would definitely influence me to stay active and RP with this character more often. I have a lot of free time, why not use it

How will you be a service?
IC: I think I could contribute to this organization possibly as an elite fighter, as I've been trained in multiple forms of combat. I would also be a voice of reason, as I see things as they are. I tell the truth and am never afraid to speak my mind. Also, I've been trained by some of the best assassins in the world and have killed my fair share of worth opponents. I'm skilled with almost every weapon.
OOC: I have a lot of free time, so why the hell not.

IC: To a certain extent, yes. I'm willing to follow orders from higher-ups, but I feel as though my skills qualify me to be a person with higher ranking. I don't think I should be delegated to a position of lower ranking, like that of a Pawn or a Knight.
OOC: I'm not willing to fall into the ranks because I think since I'm active enough and am a pretty good RPer, I should have a higher ranking.

Why do you want to join?
I've was once part of an organisation, one which only caused pain however. I seek redemption if that's even possible and hope that I can stop any further injustices that leave children without families. It would also be quite nice to continually learn more about the extent of my power, in a more deserving environment.
It's more of a personal reason why he's joining, he's seen the first-hand the destruction caused by individuals and is basically fuelled by guilt of causing his own family's death. He's just hoping that someway, somehow he can get out of his shell and find himself surrounded a new family (in this case the thrones)
How will you be a service?
Well I would make an excellent scout or decoy with all of my creations, not only that but they can always back us up if we are short on numbers. I'm a master at fencing and it is very uncommon for an attacker to get through my creations or even past my sword for that matter. I have a history with a particular criminal organisations and my knowledge of their dynamics and actions might possibly come of use one day. I hate to admit it but I'm also very experienced in thievery and no locked doors or vaults could be that much of a challenge.
On a side note he's also really hoping that any pay check would assist in his growing suit collection..

Well of course it would be foolish not too, as long as they don't harass me with too much I shall honour their rank.

I would fit in to the most part.
Why do you want to join?
I see Thrones as a good opportunity for me to further my own skills while providing you with the skills I have already gained. I left Romania to experience new styles of fighting and by joining the group I will probably gain better opportunities of doing so than going it on my own. Thrones is also the only group to be truly neutral. I believe strongly in a sense of balance and not helping people unless they have a dire need for it and do not deserve the karma delivered unto them.
Arabella would benefit a great deal from this group and I believe her fighting skill set as well as the touches of power she has at the moment such as emotion sensing, will make her a valuable asset to the team, especially in the field of tracking. She also needs ties to something, though she refuses to admit it, to help her get over the grief of her lost fiancé.
How will you be a service?
When I give my word to do something, I give my word to do it. I do not go back on my pledge until I have fulfilled it or until I am let go. I am a good fighter though many say I am modest in this field. I work with my own blades and have the knowledge to make new ones if I so need to. I can fight without sight and without sound thanks to my training and tend to get the job done as quickly as possible. I will not stick to the uniform style of fighting but rather tend to improvise in the situation. Whilst I'm a fighter on the ground I also have a means of fighting in the air and thus tend to be a very good tracker or 'warden', keeping out of sight until I am needed.
Ari, while modest in her application, is a lethal fighter (6 FS) and has the ability to manipulate on a very fine level emotions which can often prevent normal humans from starting a fight. She's been trained in melee combat since a very young age and earned the title of 'Queen' of her band of travellers because of the way she could protect them. She does hold very strong morales when fighting and will do it honourably. Her honour is very dear to her unless her opponent has shown they do not deserve such a thing. Her wings are a valuable asset, while she tends to keep them a secret she can use the flight as an advantage, either through fighting or travelling. Her empathy can pose as a backfire though she tends to use it to track as emotions are very tailored to each person.

As long as the orders are just I see no reason as to why I cannot take them. If you ask me to kill an innocent however, we will probably have a few problems. I will not be quiet and stand aside while something wrong is committed. Likewise, if I hear of a member further down in the chain breaking the rules then I will be the first to report it. To kill an unarmed innocent is disgusting to me. If the person deserves what is coming to them then I am willing to follow out your orders.
Like mentioned before, Ari has a very strict code of honour. As long as what she is asked to do doesn't cross this AKA. killing a bus of children, she is pretty content to do what is asked of her. She is also one to enforce the rules lower down in ranks, or higher if she is lower down. She won't stand for dishonesty and a lack of loyalty.

Yes
To a small degree. Trace has a desire to socialise with people, but is unwilling to be near humans in case he loses control and hurts or kills someone.
Why do you want to join?
Improving my skills and socialising with other people than a pair of wolves and a god that lives in my head is enough incentive for me.
Trace wishes to become a more successful hero, and not just a hero who punches things, and really wants to make a difference. In addition, Trace is working the angle that if he does lose control, Thrones would be able to eliminate Romolus. This is a secret to everyone, including Romolus.
How will you be a service?
I am willing to put myself at risk, to fight when the odds are against me, to do whatever is asked with a determined scowl and little regard for my own safety. In addition, my knowledge of law may help should we find ourselves on the 'wrong' side of the law.
Pretty much, Trace doesn't give a damn how dangerous missions are, and his career as a lawyer could come in useful.

Yes. Adhering to orders is something that I am both familiar with and comfortable with. No. Nobody orders mighty Romolus!
While Trace is willing to take orders and follow them, Romolus finds this disgusting. Whilst Trace has control, Romolus will follow orders, but he never forgets an insult.

IC: Claude would fit in very well because his goals and methods are similar; he likes to work outside the system and has no qualms taking action against "legitimate" authority. OOC: Disco would fit in well for the same reasons as Claude!
Why do you want to join?
IC: Due to the ideals of the group and to have an in with the Renegade community. OOC: It would be a great source of RP opportunities.
How will you be a service?
IC: Claude is an able fighter and fast enough for infiltration or scouting. OOC: I'm an active poster when I join a game and I would work on creating/fulfilling quests once I become familiar with the quest section.

IC- Yes, I believe I bring a high level of intelligence and charisma to the group. I feel like I am a very likeable man to most. With all my assets combined, I feel like I would make a valiant addition to the group, if selected of course.
OOC- Yes, I haven't roleplayed in a while, but I believe it's up to par, or at least I feel like I could keep up with everyone.

IC- I am tired of working by myself, or working with others that work too slow for me. I need to work with a group of elites such as myself. Stealing valuables for my small town is only entertaining for a certain amount of time.
OOC- I feel like it would help start my character up/keep me active. I am also a fan of organization and the ranking system is what intrigued me the most.

IC- I will commit myself entirely to the cause of Thrones. If called upon by the leader, I would make it my main duty to watch the group succeed. I also feel like I would be a respectable decision maker, if I were called up to lead.
OOC- I will partake in any/all quests that are available for the group. Making it a priority to try and stand out among others.

I am interested in the First Knight position. I would enjoy the decision-making aspect of the job and assure you that I wouldn't let you down. I also wouldn't let the position get to my head, and stay humble. Knowing that there are others higher above me.

Yes
I believe that Photon's array of knowledge would lead him to the conclusion that balance was the most important thing, even if he did wish to do good in the world. While he could certainly use his mind to help the organization, particularly brutal missions (IE involving torture, if there are any) he would be against participating in in-person.
Why do you want to join?
The world isn't all black and white, and sometimes there are jobs that need to be done that aren't particularly nice either. Maintaining a balance, even amidst all the chaos, is essential to the survival of any acceptable world system.
The name sounds cool! And besides that, I think Photon's interests coincide with Thrones' interests. Also, as a chessmaster himself, thinking 18 moves ahead is his modus operandi.
How will you be a service?
I can develop sophisticated programs and analyze large data sets looking for anomalies instinctually. By harnessing my gifts, I can also put up a fair fight and provide cover and protection at a distance. Knowledge can be a great asset, and it's something I can provide in spades.
Photon is a good planner and backup, making sure things are going according to schedule from afar or providing backup and support from afar.

Yes. There may be times when he has to go against his morals, and he accepts that though grudgingly. If he is forced to do something he is radically opposed to, however, there is a chance he will refuse.
He understands the organization's goals, and can probably figure out why any given target would need to be eliminated without having to ask questions, but he does have moral limits that he doesn't like to cross.
What position would you like?
