The Scene: Still talking to Astrid.

"I am sure he did not mean it the way you interpreted his comment. I am also very certain that deep down inside, he really truly cares about you.

I am sure you know, Ms. Astrid, that enemies are everywhere. Some are obvious, such as all the meta-villains out there. Some are more...subtle...like people who are anti-meta. I think what you interpreted as 'stupid' was just his concern for you.

I have seen you fight in your own way. He is fighting for you his way. There is nothing like family. Who else can you turn to, no matter what? Family."

MW stood back up. She gave Astrid a warm, friendly smile, then left her bed room. She heard voices downstairs and went back down to the main floor. When she got there, she saw Tyler talking to a woman with a sword in each hand. She approached both of them a bit closer. The sword-wielding woman can see her clearly.

When MW gave her speech about how Tyler, deep down, must care about her Astrid's Angered mood slowly lifted to reveal a her usual calm and collected self.

As MW left Astrid quickly ran after her. As she followed her she noticed Tyler talking to the woman with two swords. Astrid started to become jealous when she saw him talking to her.

Tyler looked up to see MW and Astrid standing at the top of the grand staircase, he also noticed Astrid's face had seemed to be a little happier than before. He quickly turned Diana in MW's and Astrid's.

"Guys this is Diana!" he shouted over to them as the phantom disappeared and reappeared behind the two of them. 'She's gonna be joining the team." the phantom explained...

((OOC: I'm pretty sure MW can't see or hear the phantom. She's not a full Shamaness yet. That won't happen until she's 50 (fifty) years old. She's currently at the age of 22.))

Medicine Woman noticed that Astrid looked jealous. She whispered to her: "You are family, but a friend is nice to have, too"

"Pleased to meet you, Ms. Diana. I am Medicine Woman." MW nodded pleasantly, but she observed what was going on between Astrid and Diana. "Family always comes first", MW whispered to Astrid again.

"Pleased to meetcha, Medicine Woman. Though I go by Ronin in the field." Diana returned with a bow to the (relatively) older lady. "...Hopefully I won't be needing your services that often."

She also waved at Astrid, seeing she was a quiet one. Then she turned to Tyler. "So. We gonna have some kind of pep talk? joint training session? You know, on second thought I think I'll go raid the fridge." She then let out a quick laugh, but was quite intent on pillaging whatever food was present.

"Yeah, I'll tell everyone what's happening when I've recruited enough people." Tyler answered to Diana's question, being as vague as possible.

At this point Astrid just watched the two and waved back at Diana.

"Right then, call me when you've got something for us. You hungry, MW? Let's go see what Tyler has in the fridge." Diana spoke to Tyler then to Medicine Woman. She was feeling peckish, but didn't want to be rude... to Medicine Woman.

Diana followed through with her threat, parking herself in the kitchen. She grabs some milk from the fridge and sniffs out Tyler's cookie stash, a jar hidden in a concealed cupboard. "...Here we go."

Medicine Woman sat on a chair at the kitchen table. "Thank you, Ms. Diana. A glass of milk will be more than sufficient. I generally avoid cookies and other sweet foods, except natural sweets such as fruit, honey, maple syrup, etc. I do not mind getting the milk myself."

Astrid walked down to Tyler when MW and Diana left and just stood without saying a word. As she stood there she put on an angry face and crossed his arms, hoping Tyler would ask if she was still mad.

When she stood by him Tyler just looked down at Astrid and smiled at her before asking "You still mad?", falling into her trap of deceit.

"I don't know, you still haven't apologised." Astrid said, hiding the smirk on her face with her hand.

"Fine, I'm sorry for making you work like a slave." Tyler apologized while rubbing the back of his head. He then put his arm around her in away that a friend would and said "Look on the bright side, all of your hard work has paid off and I'm really grateful for it. I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you." Tyler smiled.

Astrid wasn't expecting the hug and went bright red, her angry facade fading very quickly. "D-Don't mention it..." Astrid said with a nervous giggle.
