Personality: Jonathan is a very proud man. He's proud of everything that he's built for himself and everything he's done for his family. Jonathan is the kind of guy who doesn't like people who say that they can't get anywhere in life because their life is hard because he was in their position once in his life and he believes that you can make anything happen for yourself if you put the effort in.

He is also very over protective when it comes to his daughter (Astrid). Going so far as to homeschool her so that she didn't get a boyfriend.

History:
At a young age Nathan had been a very poor child. He shared a two bedroom house with his five brothers and his parents who barely made minimum wage on a good day.

Throughout his teenage years Jonathan had been a very smart kid. He was always at the top of the class in every subject and was bullied by the jocks for it, looking back on it he would thank the jocks for helping him get to the place he is today.

When he turned 21 and got out of university with a degree in business management and started his own manufacturing company called Gillware, deriving from his last name.

After a few years his business grew and grew, becoming the most successful business three years in a row. At one of these awards he met his soon to be wife, Laura. Him and Laura fell in love as soon as they laid eyes on eachother. Within a few years they found out that they were having a baby.

Once she was born Jonathan vowed that he would make sure that his child would have the best life that he could possibly give her and from that moment on he coddled her.

When her powers were discovered her father paid for the best person he could to train her and help her become a superhero. He knew that she would want to be one initially but knew that when she got older that she would be great and that she would learn to enjoy it.

Once she was ready her dad flew her off to LA and bought the biggest house he could for her to live in and just let her do her own thing, of course coming over her house every time he could.
