Android physique has two powers, str and dur while having the ability to bio kinesis and create weapons might as well count as two more powers.
Weakness 2 is obvious and not a weakness.
Also, 2 weaknesses for every single power. That's eight less you can convince me that bio and weapon creation are a singular power. Which you can't. Maybe. Also permission based for the bio part.
