Reason for this quest:
The amount of gang activity has spiked recently in the docks near Los Angeles. Though initially thought to be the work of the local Triads, authorities have reported that three Asian gangs have began working in cooperation, even going as far as to merge territories. Now a new addictive drug called CH353 (street name: Cheese) has hit the streets originating from this new alliance and word on the street is that they're expecting a rather large shipment. Shard plans to be there to stop them and she needs help doing it.

Basically, you should:

Task 1 Locate the source of the Cheese and put a stop to it.
Optional Task 1 Kill the distributor of Cheese
Optional Task 2 Turn in the distributor of Cheese

Diana needs the cash, er, deliver great justice.

As a subplot suggestion, Diana may have in fact, helped this group become established during her time as a dark assassin and now she's going to go John Wick on them.

I have two characters that might work for this topic:

The Grey is a Renegade. However, while he funds himself by theft, he leans heroic (pragmatically so) and could use an opportunity to exercise his "Assassin persona"

Meanwhile, Velocity is a tech speedster with a chip on her shoulder. She is a classic heroine with a drive to prove a norm can save people better than Metas.

As with Grey just giving an option here. Redline is a hero of mine who would have a particular investment in this situation. In his youth he was one of three heads of a violent LA based gang called The Hellhounds. After a long time in jail, he gained his abilities and has dedicated his life to cleaning up the mess that he helped create as a misguided youth. He is currently stationed out of LA as well do it makes perfect sense that he would be involved in this.
