Hawaiin vacation fun time (Chelle)

Living his life, well that was a statement that Travis had been thinking over for a while. It wasn't something that had an easy answer, and so he decided to do something that he had been considering occasionally for a while. That ended up being a vacation to the state of Hawaii, known for it's beaches and all of the tropical local that just makes it perfect for the whole vacation thing. This was something that Chris had offered to plan fully, even writing up a little schedule for him so that Travis didn't have to do any work whatsoever. "Are you sure you won't be doing any work this week?"Chris asked, raising a single brow as if not expecting him to actually be true to that claim.

"Y..yeah, and I invited Colin to come along with since no one seems to have a problem with that." He said with a soft smirk, which seemed to be fine with Chris just based upon their expression as if that was something he didn't mind at all.

"It's not....some kind of extended date is it?" He asked with an almost joking tone.

"It may be, it might not be." He said with a shrug, knowing the little rumor that Aaron had spread among their little family rather quickly. If anything, spreading rumors was something that he did better than anything else but then again that didn't make it any less annoying. Still, the idea of being able to just go on some manner of vacation was something that kept him from saying anything overly annoyed with the whole idea. "Though I would like to be able to do something without having Aaron continually talk about it as if it's some big secret."

"He is who he is Travis, and here are your tickets." Chris said offering the two tickets which Travis took with a quick motion. His baggage had already been packed, and Colin would likely be waiting for him at the airport, which was the plan now that he thought about it. From there it was a short drive, where he would end up walking into the slightly crowded airport where Colin would be waiting, with what looked to be some luggage.

"Aaron give you the wrong time?"

"Two minutes isn't thaaaaat bad, and no, I learned not to let him do my schedules ever again." They still had around twenty minutes before their plane took of any way, though maybe Colin was just expecting the usual adherence to schedules. Considering how often he was the one that was early compared to the number of times that he wasn't. "Now...let's get this show on the road, I really hate airports." Which in a sense wasn't a lie. He had come here for one reason and that was not to sit around waiting, as fun as that may sound to some people, if those people were the brain dead types anyway.

"You and me both." Colin agreed, upon hearing what sounded to be an  disgruntled baby crying rather loudly, to the annoyance of both of them.  

Times like these make me glad they skip the crying and messing themselves stage of life. Travis thought to himself, somewhat surprised that humans could even deal with something like that. Might've had something to do with instinct, paternal or otherwise.  "If we actually had economy class, I might be worried about that." Travis said with a sigh, massaging the bridge of his nose as they went through the whole boarding and waiting period for the plane to actually take off. It felt like an eternity, but that came with a mind that tended to stretch out the minutes for everything they were worth. Eventually however, they did take off and from there it was smooth flying. While Colin ended up falling asleep, Travis decided to just run over a few notes on his laptop. Time passed slowly then but by the time they got there, what seemed to be around ten or maybe even more hours had passed. Travis reached over and prodded Colin until he shook awake, surprisingly having slept through most of it.

"We're there already?"

"Yeah." He said, closing his laptop and standing up. His joints were rather sore from all of the sitting around, but then again that was expected in the end. All it took was a little stretching and most of the soreness went away, well...the regeneration helped a little in that department as well if nothing else.  

"So what's next on our tropical vacation?"

"Weeelll, first we need to drop our stuff off at our fancy hotel and then from there....that's a surprise." Well that caught some interest, enough to keep some interest as they were brought to said hotel. The building was rather luxurious just looking at it from the outside.  

"Wow, you weren't joking about the fancy part." Walking into the front lobby, there were a few people walking around though he found his eyes falling upon one specific person. They looked pretty familiar, someone he had seen on the news a few times. Travis actually had to think for a few seconds before he was sure about that. Letting the bellboy...or bellgirl take their stuff before greeting said person. Chelle Takeiro, a fellow business person who was doing rather well for themselves and likely they would know who he was. He had met with them briefly before, nothing major or memorable enough for someone that didn't have an excellent memory.

"Miss Takeiro, strange meeting you here." He said with his usual friendly demeanor.

His eyes scanned over the men surrounding the woman, likely bodyguards if he could guess. Granted, he wasn't worried if that were the case. The last time he had seen her was....rather interesting, likely something that she wouldn't want spread around, but then again that was something that he would have to save until later. Still he didn't have any plans to make this anymore than a pleasant surprise, considering his tag along who was only a few good feet away if his own telekinetic sense could be trusted. "Nearly a year." He agreed with an affable nod, accepting the hand and doing the usual European greeting of a peck on each cheek. Something told him just from her body language, something that only he would really notice that there was a small amount of tension as if he had seen something he was not supposed to.

"We all have our secrets." He whispered in return, hoping that the sentiment of keeping secrets was something that she could ascertain from that. Afterall, he had to give her some credit considering she had the mind to run a rather successful company herself. Once their greetings were done with, he took a few steps back and looked to Colin who appeared to be curious about what was happening. "I've always been looking for an excuse to have a vacation, just finally found one." Sure, it wasn't exactly something as simple as that but not like she would be interested within the secretive details. Even if one was, not likely they would get anything of substance.

"Heard a lot of good things about Hawaii, so I thought it would be perfect, and here I am." He said with a shrug, feeling someone sort of prod him in the side, turning to see Colin raising a single brow. I'm probably being rude, aren't I? He thought to himself, turning his attention back to the woman he was speaking to. Couldn't have him leaving everyone out of the conversation, apparently that was rather rude of him."Oh...before I forget, this is Colin. You could say they're a friend of mine."

"It's nice to meet you." Well at the very least he knew his manners, granted that wasn't something he was too surprised about.

"So, you here for the tropical scenery too Miss Takeiro?" He would ask trying to keep the conversation going a little more.
