Personality:Curious,over brash,hot headed,unfocused,and easily distracted,But Chris is also wise beyond his years nearly sage like.Chris enjoys solving problems,helping others with problems,giving advice and solving equations.

History:Chris is the youngest son of Nick and Molly Gage.Nick a powerful Psychic Molly A technopath known quite well in there small city named Lost Angel's.Chris is the 4th son and has two older brother's Matt Gage A morpher his oldest brother Lance Gage is a Healer.Cathy his youngest sister is a technopath like her mother while Katey the one right after Chris is a Illusionest .Chris was more of the free spirit of them all and somewhat of a enigma.Chris found his power was a mix of multiple harmless powers but even with this power he had always shown a responsible side but uses a lot of his power's to learn things beyond most peoples understanding such as space and time travel,unanswerable questions,and other super powers used by hero's,villains,and even abnormals.Chris made a deal with his parent's to give him time to explore the world and interact with other people and in return when he came back he would help his parent's with there work which happened to be inter dimensional travel.

Empathy:Ability to read or sense the emotions and/or control the emotions or feelings of others.(In small way's soothing away anger jealousy making feeling's of peace and happiness.)
Precognition:Ability to perceive the future. It may be expressed in vague dreams while asleep,.It may also be used as a form of "danger sense" to show the user that they are being threatened and from what direction it is coming from.(Has a radius of up to 50 feet and Is much like telling what direction a attack is coming from.It mainly kicks in when the blow itself can be a deadly one.
Psychometry:Ability to relate details about the past or future condition of an object or location, usually by being in close contact with it.
Telepathy:Ability to read the thoughts of, or to mentally communicate with others.
Concussion beams:Ability to generate or transform various forms of energy into a "solid" or concussive beam of energy.

Um, your powers are rigged, you can make any thought or desire come to fruition? so you can just think someone is dead and they die? no, I don't think so, and I don't care if he's "just a kid" and you give me then excuse that he's not going to fight anybody blah blah blah because Ive done that already, you keep complaining that there were other characters approved that had the same powers as you, here's a tip

You took the most rigged power you could. I'm aware Franklin Richards has that power, doesn't mean it's not rigged. In fact, it's been stated he's as powerful as a Celestial, which is basically God.

I didn't say you took it because it was rigged, that would make you incredibly stupid if that was the case. I'm saying you took it as in you chose it. Cool or not(definately not cool to be rigged, I hate rigged characters in all media forms, like fucking Goku), the power is rigged as shit.

Probability manipulation:Ability to alter probability, causing unlikely things to happen or likely things to not happen.(Ok this is for mainly defense.)

Those are rigged as well. You can't know anything and everything. You can't control emotions and feelings, that gets rid of free will. And probability manipulation can get ridiculous real fast.

Omniscience, Precognition and Probability maipulation are all stupid, remove them

Im fine with Empathy as long as its on a small scale, like mildly altering people to make them less angry etc.

Probability manipulation, and Omniscience must be removed, mostly everything else is fine.

Like a meditative state that let's you float out of your body and move to other places much like a out of body expereince but on purpose.
