History:
As early as 1803 Russia has had secret programs to create a stable and loyal meta human super solider. Despite years of trying to perfect a "super solider serum" it wasn't until 1954 when the KGB Progect Nechelovecheskiy recived assistance from former Nazi scientist Johan von Eisenburg joined the Soviet's progect that they had sucsess. Eisenburg had sucessfully created a super solider serum for the Nazi's but it came to late in the war to make a difference and when the Soviets destroyed his lab in Koenigsburg he lost all his research. By 1960 the serum made by Ensenburg and Soviet scientists had became much more stable and over the years it was enhanced. In 1988 the KGB formed the Beschelovechnykh Spetsnaz Brigade(roughly translates to "Inhuman Special Forces". This project was picked up by the GRU after the fall of the Soviet Union. In 2016 Russian Army Lieutenant Konstantin Maximovich Koshkov was badly injured in a terrorist attack in Saint Petersburg and fell into a coma. He awoke 4 days later to find that GRU scientists had inserted metahumman genes in him and given him a healing factor, incressed stamina and amazing reaction times and reflexes. He was put in the GRU Beschelovechnykh Spetsnaz Brigade (also known as 21st Spetznaz Brigade) and on his first misson he and a sqaud of 5 other metahuman Spetznaz soilders were inserted into a South East Asian island nation that was discovered to have large ammounts of oil. Konstantin and his squad sucsesfully toppled the American suported goverment and helped rebels install a new pro-Russian goverment. Over the next 4 years Konstantin participated in many covert operations accross the world in contries including the US, Colombia, Chille, China, Ukraine, France, Gerogia, Syria and inside the Russian Federation itself.
