The Looks

Red Velvet is known for wearing only red. She sports a red, short dress, long dark-red boots and gloves and a red domino-mask. Her hair is a longer parody of bob, and has a red pin on the back of her head. The domino-mask covers not so much of her eyes, maybe two cm away from the eyes, and cover her eyebrows. It has white pupils that move just like her eyes. Red Velvet has red lips, red hair and red nails (which she can sometimes use to cut people; they have a special red lacquer).

Personality:

She used to be a nice girl, interested and fascinated by practically everything. Helena Rose is very seductive, using this ability mostly to lure her enemies. She loves to distract her enemies with naughty kisses, but she is still cruel and evil. She doesn't kill heroes, at least not her arch-nemesis, Masquerade, but she can maim them deeply. She has a way with words, both good and bad.

History:

Born in a rich business family, Helena Rose never really missed anything. She had a lot of friends, had good grades at school and lived a fairly good life. But her mother died of leukaemia when she was 6, and two years later she found out her father's fortune came from mafia-business. He was one of the mightiest mafias of the criminal underworld, and one day things went wrong; He was shot down in the middle of the night in a street, holding his daughter in his hands. Helena swore from that single moment that she would not have anything to do with the police or otherwise any mafia-hater. She began wearing her iconic red suit, and nicknamed herself "Red Velvet", after the delicious cake her mother used to make her.
Later on, Helena went to Asia and trained there. She was an adept for a monk, and an apprentice for a samurai. After her training, as an reward, she was given a katana bonded with red leather. She learned the ancient ninja-arts from an old man that saw the potential in her, before she finally went back to Europe. There she began kick-boxing in Italia, Karate in Albania and stealing in France. Her french master was LaDouffe, one of France's most notorious and stealthiest thieves. After his death, she inherited some of his weapons; throwing-knives of almost indestructible steel. Afterwards she went back to America to keep mafia-business going, and stealing from the rich, trying to create equality. But things got bad. Several times have the police and superheroes catched her and put her to prison; equally as much has she escaped from their grip. She now didn't care for them, only wanting to destroy for them. She had the mafia on her side, but also her strength and learning.

Despite being very seductive and very beautiful, using her female gifts as a weapon and gift, Red Velvet is afraid of sexual intercourse. She was almost raped by some mafias in Vietnam, and has still scars there. She never has had intercourse with anyone since then.

Red gun: Gun she took from her dead father. She painted it read, and the bullets are of red metal.

Bomb-detonator: Phone-like technology she stole from dr. Hamish Jones (she said it was her payment of the deal they had three years ago). It sends waves that can spread several metres, almost like a shockwave. When they hit a bomb, it'll detonate. She has found out how to copy it, and if she looses this one, she'll easily make a new one.

Katana: A gift given to her by her samurai teacher.

Items/Minions

Mafias: Red Velvet's father was one of the biggest mafia bosses in North-America, thus she has a good word with her. As she knows how all mafia work and operate, she can easily find out their secrets, and use it as a threat if they don't listen to her. But they usually do, and she has used them several times.
