Brent Baxter was struck by lightning Very Happy and drowned in a lake by criminals. When he woke up, he barely remembered being pulled from the lake, and experimented on by a mad scientist, and then set free. He gained the powers of superspeed, tempory invulnerability and the power to phase through objects. He also can slightly manipulate time using his mind. Oh, and he can breathe underwater. And he can superjump. That is all.
