Hair: Slicked back, black.
Eyes: A bright shade of maroon.
Height: 6ft 1
Weight: 150 lbs
Blood type: AB

The Looks

Slicked back long hair, reddish eyes, and slightly pointed teeth are the first things people notice when viewing Edward. He has fairly tanned but smooth skin with no blemishes or damage. A slightly pointed and thin nose right above a small whisker. His thin lips complete the 'silent killer' look, almost never smiling. Edwards cold as ice eyes, the maroon shade shows the light reflecting off them in pinpoints of red. The eyelids projecting a tired, lifeless soul. The mans very thin cheeks are placed a bit high right under his eyes.

The Legacy

Personality: Edward Carter is a very calm and yet selfish person. He never shares unless someone would offer something else. Ed has detested anyone who would have broken the law in any way, he believes that anyone who would abandon even the smallest of their discipline is no better than a criminal. Ed has always kept his plans to himself, he cannot trust anyone as he always finds fault with everyone, and he thinks he is both perfect and imperfect like every other human being except for those who oppose the law with violence and crimes, in his opinion its fire against fire. To him its survival of the fittest, he is a Darwinist who puts his survival, social position, and greed above anything else. Ed is quite intolerant of other people’s opinions when it comes to the law, if they don’t agree with him he will think very lowly of them. Naturally Ed is very quiet and hardly speaks unless spoken to, he also can take a verbal punch easily and in a brutal way as well. Injuring whoever disrespects him.

Ed is a very non-materialistic person, he only spends money on bribes, equipment, food and shelter. To him money is life and he will not burn the supply for the most useless of resources. Though he highly values money, he will not let it destroy him or his other values. When spoken to Ed will almost always reply in a sarcastic and condescending tone, making it hard for him to get friends, if someone would offer friendship Ed would accept it. When befriended he would dominate the relationship when it comes to battle or any other serious issue, besides that he would listen and follow whatever his partner tells him.

History: Edward had lived a normal life, graduating from Stanford with a degree in medical science, Ed moved to (WIP)

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Telekinesis, can pull, push, and levitate objects. Max weight is 200 lbs.

Power 2: Can shoot out electricity from anywhere in his body.

Power 3: Increased intellect. A passive effect that increases Edwards cognitive abilities by 100%. Doubling his initial IQ of 137 to 274.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Has almost 0 pain tolerance.

Weakness 2: Myrmecophobic - a ridiculous fear of ants.

Weakness 3: Often takes too much medications.

I know this is a WIP but your 2 current weaknesses are in NO way good enough for your powers.

And you Surgical Telekinesis is a no go.
