[b">Item/Character Advancement Name: Mutated Dinosaur Shape shifting
Item/Character Advancement Description: The power comes from Effigy's genes like most of her powers, being part Meta and Part alien with a mix up from her brothers blood and a mutagen of high-form from Dr. Dressler (To happen in a thread). She is able to shift into almost all species of the prehistoric race. Able to take their forms and enhance what they are best at along with small enhancements to the rest. An example is if she turned into a T-Rex, It would be far more durable and stronger then the average T-Rex along with sharpened teeth and claws but only gain a small increase to speed while a raptor would be slightly more stronger and durable but much faster and with razor sharp teeth and claws.
Item Power(s): (IDk what to add here as their is no item to this ability... yea.)
Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es): Besides the usual anger can make her attack anyone may they be good, friend or civvies, she also takes on the weaknesses and downsides of her shifts. While stronger she is slower as a T-Rex and while faster she is weaker as a Raptor, while both may get a small boost in these weaknesses it is not enough to make them far superior then their original selves. To also change back to another form will take longer then normal as these dinosaurs are stronger then her animal forms. Making it harder to shift from them to something else

Item/Character Advancement Name: Human Shifting
Item/Character Advancement Description: The ability to human shift allows Effigy the ability to shape-shift into any one person, taking their shape and form, having the ability to access areas that require their finger prints etc.
Item Power(s): (e.g. What the item can do, whether or not the item is durable or not, whether the item is magic in nature or made of a stronger metallic alloy, etc)
Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es): Effigy cannot shift into anyone she see's, she needs to ingest a biological sample of them to turn into them such as hair, skin or bodily fluids. She also doesn't grow clothes with these shift, forcing her to ether have a new set of clothes that fit a smaller or bigger person or walk around in well. Her clothes that are ether torn or unable to fit her. She can also not shift back into another if she digest another sample, forcing her to get another of earlier shifts to turn into them again.
