Donald Trump is President, Even Quakers are Revolting

Senator Michel Tromperie is a proud supporter of PROAC, an organization dedicated to the Protection for the Rights of Ordinary American Citizens. In other words, this is a group designed to suppress Metahumans, and any dangers they may cause the American peoples.
Senator Tromperie is hosting a fundraiser at the San Francisco Oberon Industries Park.
Long story short, the crowd becomes riotous, and shots are fired between a group of Metahuman Rights Activists and members of the PROAC. The Senator is kidnapped. You can either profit from his kidnap, or help to rescue him.
Does this vague story starter interest anyone?
