This is my first time in a game like this but i really like what i've seen from reading the forums
I just posted a character named Blood Moon so i hope once he gets approved i'll be able to join some of the stories and make some friends here

How long does it normally take for a character to get approved?

assuming everything is in order, not that long. You just have to wait until staff gets on and they check it out.

Since this is your first time at a RP forum, I am going to explain generic terms to save confusion...

Welcome to shrpg (superhero roleplaying game) A roleplaying forum where we take turns posting in a forum style game. This is done by writing out your roleplay (abbreviated Rp) in a post. The possibilities are limited only to your imagination. Yes The roleplaying schools have their merits, they are mostly voluntarily work and is somewhat incomplete little cluttered and sometimes off topic. The best way to learn how to Rp would be to Private message (PM) The staff. I am one of those. Its so much better than having to mess up in public and prevent it from happening. If you have any question about RP forums, how to RP in RP forums, or simply confused about the rules, Lemme know and I will do my best to help you!

Do stories moved fast paced in this or does it seem to take a while for responses?

The main story is taking longer than expected honestly, but regular threads (Topics that contain a personal story in itself.) move pretty moderately. Expect a few posts a day in each thread assuming if you got a bunch of people involved. You are free to make your own topic with its own story behind it. If it is interesting to other people, they may join and RP with their own characters with you. This makes great plot twists and unexpected things to happen. Oftentimes people get bored with them and let them die. It happens. If so try to reinvite them or simply let it go and start a new topic. If you would rather join a topic, Go ahead. Some exceptions apply, but for the most part, if the topic clearly says (for example) "Me and Slamfist only" be respectful and do not join. Other times you may be RPing with people who aren't on as much as you are. If that happens please be patient.


Overall it move both slow and fast. It depends on who what and where.

This site doesn't exactly seem like its for me so if one of the admins could erase this account i'd really appreciate it
